I had a haircut with Hannah and she was nice but she cut my hair uneven. I have a bob so it is important to get that part right. A few months later I made an appointment (against my better judgement) on a Saturday for a color correction. She waited until 3 days before my appointment to say she had plans she “forgot about” and needed to move it to Thursday. Then said she had plans she “forgot about” again and moved it to Friday. Then on Friday told me we wouldn’t have time and she would have to reschedule 3 more weeks out. I can’t speak about the other ladies. My experience was only with Hannah so I’d recommend not going to her if you want to be treated with care and respect. Service: Haircut ~Valerie

I made an appointment to get a Covid booster even though I am not technically immune compromised under the current CDC guidelines however I am obese which technically makes me immune compromised to some degree. I answered the questions truthfully and didn’t have high expectations to get the booster but thought I would try. I was not contacted by the pharmacy and arrived and was told I couldn’t get the booster for another week. My issue is why didn’t the pharmacy call me and let me know this before I made it there? I also didn’t appreciate the condescending way she spoke to me so I won’t be coming back. ~kristin

I want to commend your employee Nathan today. He greeted everyone, was cheerful, helpful and efficient. Such is the state of the world, that I was a bit shocked for a minute that he was so pleasant. Normally, I hate cell phone stores. BUT!!! DYLAN!!! He's the man. He made our experience so easy and painless. I am difficult. He was patient and helpful. Dylan was knowledgeable and handled multiple customers effortlessly.. world class!!! ~bob

They are possibly selling knock-offs. I've purchased 4 pairs of shoes from them over the last year. 3 of the pairs (Columbia, Nike Monarch, and Adidas) started to fall apart after only 2-3 months. Tears in the fabric, glue coming undone. I am indoors most of the time and hardly use them for heavy outdoor activities. These brands do NOT fall apart and typically have lifespans of years. I purchased the exact same pair of Adidas from Amazon and am not having any issues with the Amazon pair. Something is not right with the brands at Rack Room. ~John
