They are possibly selling knock-offs. I've purchased 4 pairs of shoes from them over the last year. 3 of the pairs (Columbia, Nike Monarch, and Adidas) started to fall apart after only 2-3 months. Tears in the fabric, glue coming undone. I am indoors most of the time and hardly use them for heavy outdoor activities. These brands do NOT fall apart and typically have lifespans of years. I purchased the exact same pair of Adidas from Amazon and am not having any issues with the Amazon pair. Something is not right with the brands at Rack Room.

I was able to buy a pair of winter boots at a reasonable price. They were having their BOGO 50% off sale. So, walked out with two wonderful and comfortable boots for a fraction of the cost that I would have paid at a department store or online. I wear my boots to work and get many compliments. Thank you, Rack Room.

I ordered some shoes online and i ordered the wrong size. My fault. I took them back to the store off Airport Rd. The girl was nice and very knowledgeable. It was a breeze for her to do the exchange. They have buy one pair get the 2nd for half price. Great deals and huge selection in store and online. The website is easy to navigate. I've been a customer if Rack Room for many years and will be for years to come.

Good inventory. Sales associate dropped the ball in not checking the inventory and getting back to me. Left me on the sales floor for over 30 minutes and did not return to assist. My sister had to go to the checkout to re-engage the sales person. My sister frequently shops there and has never had service that bad. She only continued with the sale, inspite of his poor service, because she considers this location one of her favorites. She is a preferred customer.

Staffing issues are affecting everyone, but the employee I dealt didn't look up from his phone the entire time I was there. They have a smaller selection so weird sizes are not easy to find. I did have a good experience before but still hard to find my size.
