Lines were so long...ppls stuff kept randomly going off when they were line. Like the antitheift tags kept going off. It was funny then kinda annoying. the dude that checked us out was super nice. I feel for these retail workers. Be kind yall

I am currently in line at Ross on 10/9/22. The line is huge, there are only two employees on register (including returns). Multiple employees have walked by having seen the large line but not one has come up to help alleviate the line or called for back up. I understand there are employee shortages but this service is horrible.

Tried to return a belt I bought there which broke the first time I wore it. They said I couldn’t return it because it had been worn?!? The csr was very rude stating “you need to take it up with the vendor.” I get better customer service at Goodwill. I’ll never shop at Ross again.

I don't normally shop at Ross just because they never have things I like or if they do there cheap looking but I went with my son and ended up buying a 3pk of white t-shirts for 7 bucks..only to get them home and maybe can get one wear out of them before they shrink up so bad...I washed one before wearing and yep it's almost like a half t-shirt now..glad they were only 7 bucks but this just reminded me why I don't shop here. Other than that the store was nice clean and workers were nice.

I was really disappointed with the selection of shoes and purses. They have a pretty good clothing section but i have always considered Ross my infallible go-to when i need purses or shoes and this.... Isn't it.

We visit this store fairly regularly. I think they just reorganized the store and it's a lot cleaner and more organized. Good selection of savings

Cashiers are always friendly; however rarely sales help on floor. They used to have much more 'Home Goods'. Shelves are sparse, and have been for quite some time, which is not true of their competitor. This can't be a "supply chain" issue.

Used to have some really nice shoes for really low prices but now all the shoes they have are just absolute garbage. The store has turned into a dump stuff laying everywhere just absolutely filthy looks like nobody's ever cleaned anything piles of stuff in the aisles to trip over carts full of stuff by the entrance you can't even hardly walk in.
