Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Customer service is something they have never heard of and today was the last straw. My wife needed her daily medication at 10am, they were out of stock yesterday but said it would be in by noon today. I called three times between noon and 2pm...still not in stock. Then I was finally told they wouldn't have it today and rather than tell me I could get it filled at a different location, they HUNG UP ON ME when I started to ask how to get it filled today. They deal with medication that affects people's health but clearly they don't care about that fact.

Edit: 12/3/21 Twice today, I received texts cancelling my scheduled COVID booster with no explanation. I called the pharmacy to ask why and was on hold for 30 minutes. I finally called the front desk and was told the pharmacy was closing early and that all appointments were being cancelled. Things happen, places are short-staffed right now, and I get it. However, I arranged my day around this appointment and a call or message explaining the situation would have been appreciated. Thankfully, I’ve rescheduled for another day, and another location. —— I’ve always had good experiences with the pharmacy techs. However, the male pharmacist always seems like he’d rather be doing anything other than his job. I dread the times he’s the only person back there.

Sonya was so helpful last night and had amazing customer service. It was the pharmacy /medication part of cvs however 10/10 would use this location again. To think I almost went to Walgreens, tuh. 💙 thanks again Sonya

Three of us arrived at the pharmacy this afternoon at 2:30 pm for a "walk-in" flu shot. There was absolutely no one in the store. The pharmacist refused to accommodate us stating that they would only do flu shots via an appointment and that we should schedule them online. When I returned to my vehicle, I saw that the appointment schedule for this location was wide open this afternoon. Apparently, this pharmacist is just lazy and CVS would be better off without him.

Worst cvs I’ve probably ever been too. Called to make sure my prescription was ready. Pharmacist said it would be in a half hour. No problem. 7 pills had to be called in because I stayed a week longer than anticipated. When I got there, there was a pharmacist and tech behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me, said hi, I’ll be right with you. Nothing! I get home, open the prescription and NOTHING in the bottle! Had to go back. Pharmacist left them on the counting tray. I would close this cvs. It’s old, horrible customer service, and not doing anyone any favors. There’s an Ingles right next door. Go there.

Got there right before close. I got destracted by sale items. They closed before I could request my prescription. They were not able to fill since closed. The very kind pharmacist helped me get my prescription to another location. Very thankful. They went out of there way to help a stranger. Saved me before a trip out of country. Very friendly helpful staff. Will definitely go there in the future. Thank again. They deserve a raise.

I have interacted with every staff member at this pharmacy over the past 16 years and they have always been top-notch: very knowledgable, helpful, efficient, kind and patient with my many questions. They see everyone at their worst every day - people who are sick, in chronic pain, worried about how to survive and pay their bills, yet the staff greets everyone with care. They all deserve raises and many thanks for serving our community!

I will. never step foot in this CVS again. On Friday I went in. I have always had issues with the coupons not being accepted as CVS made an error when I initially signed up for the card. Calling or going to CVS.com to get it corrected is a waste of time. As usual. I, let the clerk know it might be an adventure getting my discounts. She was rude to the point of being mean. When I got home I called to complain but who knows if anything happened. Happily the CVS at River Ridge is staffed by people who know how to welcome business and take care of their customers. Walgreens has nice people too.

Everyone that I have interacted with other than one brunette female, is miserable and rude. I asked some questions to try and understand if the insurance covered any of the medications I was picking up and the girl didn’t understand my question and after 5 minutes of trying to ask in a different way so she could understand my pharmaceutical question she said “okay bye” and just walked away. Every time the male is working he seems very frustrated with all the customers. Don’t work in a pharmacy if you don’t understand medicine, insurance, or have any decent people skills. I was shocked. Never have I been treated so harshly at a pharmacy. Walmart & Walgreens do a better job. Or just go to any other CVS.

Had my sons prescription filled here and they did not have his epipen in stock which is fine, but they made no attempt at getting the prescription filled anywhere else. I had to keep calling them for information which they all seemed extremely confused about my simple request to be notified when they had it in stock or if they could direct me to a CVS that did (which has been done in the past) The staff had no idea how to handle to situation. The girl on the phone got frustrated with me for asking about a coupon and was extremely rude to me afterward. Not at all professional and needless to say my so still doesn’t have his epipen, we will be trying Walgreens now.
