Pharmacy refused my prescription for antibiotics. Ate up an hour of my day for nothing. Can’t think of any reasoning for refusing antibiotics… Went down the street and they filled it, no big deal.

The pharmacist was rude, unprofessional and refused to give me my prescription. Luckily CVS was able to do a transfer so I don’t need to return to this pharmacy.

Dropped off a prescription for a freind who had surgery . Told the drive thru window girl I’d be back in half hour , went grocery shopping for freind, went back to pic up prescription and they did not fill it . She said it had no last name on it . I said what does it read and she said a series of numbers . I told her let me see the prescription from the window and It said my Friends first and last name . I told her I would wait as had groceries . She said 30 m . I told her it was to long and that there was no problem with the prescription how it read. That girl got another girl who told me 5 times as rudely as she could to get out of her line, never have I experienced that rudeness . I called the manager to report her and I told Brent that I will report the girl to the District manager too . No need for that behavior and the fact they lied about the prescription not having a last name .

Every time I have got to successfully pick up my prescriptions, everyone is always friendly and respectful. But I have not been happy with my last few experiences. They can’t give me my prescription without a pharmacist on duty, which I understand but that is EXTREMELY inconvenient for me being without my meds for days now. Every time I go through to pick them up, the pharmacy department is closed. I’d give one star for reliability but five stars for employees.

The person working behind the pharmacy counter today was extraordinary patience and kind. My insurance wasn’t covering my vaccine booster and they tried various different methods to ensure not only that I received the booster shot but got it covered with a $0 copay.

If any of your prescriptions are controlled substances do not use this pharmacy. I’ve been on a medication for years, never had an issue until the last few months. If there’s ever any change in dosage they will get incredibly confused. Today I sat around for hours (since I live far away and couldn’t drive back in time before I ran out of meds) after I got the notification my prescription was ready but it turns out they needed confirmation from my doctor. Even though she had already sent the prescription over. Obviously she didn’t do it on accident. My doctor who is busy with patients had to call TWICE before they would give me my medication. They are on a power trip here and like to pretend they’re doctors or something I’m not sure but it’s incredibly annoying and I will be switching to a pharmacy that accepts my doctors prescriptions without giving me grief for it. The only reason I used this location to begin with is because I used Walgreens where I used to live and it was always a good experience and their app is useful. The staff are hit or miss, some are nice and some are rude. Not to mention there are always some shady characters hanging around outside. I won’t be coming back here if I can help it at all.

I was referred by another pharmacy in the area that Walgreens could beat the price on my very expensive medication. The employee who answered the phone on 8-2-21 at 1:05 was extremely rude and ask why I didn’t look it up on good rx! I just can’t believe that humans treat humans like they do! If you hate your job find one that you would bring a little more joy to your life.

My disabled aunt has been with this walgreens for a while thry refilled a medicine it wasnt time for charged her full price and then she called up there a black guy in the pharmacy said it was his mistake he fix it bring it back. She went today and the guy was there when she talked about it he left the window and got Walter he is the rudiest nastiest person I habe ever encountered he told her hed be pleased to send her meds to another pharmacy when asked he also refused to pay it back or anything after told they would. Then I called and he WALTER was very very rude unprofessional now we r going to corporate. This was uncalled for I go to Walgreen in another town no issues but this makes me disgusted with how they do ppl

I had a great experience this evening at Walgreen's. Usually I'm not very fond of the Pharmacy and workers, but Jewel was very pleasant and helpful! Also the store was clean and I'm sure it's been a mad house recently with Christmas a couple of days away. Good job tonight pharmacy staff! The two of you have changed my outlook of this particular location!
