Avoid grocery delivery from this store at all costs. Ordered from them a few weeks ago at one of the "Less Busy" times and got a message that the order was "Delayed". After an hour of waiting, I called and no one answered (surprise). I finally got someone on the line from customer service who very nicely transfered me directly to an employee in pickup as opposed to the blind transfer they usually do. The employee that answered informed me that the order was "Loaded" and was unable/unwilling to provide any other information, like how it could have been loaded and then never "out for delivery". When I asked what I should do if the order doesn't arrive, he said not to bother Walmart but to call the driver - which was impossible seeing as how the order was never marked as "out for delivery" in the app and a driver was never assigned. He ended the call with "hope you get your stuff". Nice. After waiting another 40 minutes, which was nearly two hours after my delivery time, I canceled the order. The order never showed, which makes it crystal clear that the employee either lied about it being marked as "loaded" or that they are simply marking orders as "loaded" to meet some metric. I accidentally ordered from them again and am dealing with the same thing - order is an hour late and pickup keeps hanging up on me after wasting 10 minutes on hold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dont recommend drive up service for food.. Items missing and the loader smashes all the breads and soft items with heavy stuff. Go in and get yourself. Not a big time saver and you get what you see not what they throw in

Kind of a weird experience. I saw this thing when I walked in and stopped because i had no idea what it was. I have friends that manger different Walmarts. I was going to ask them what it was. The staff was getting trained on it I think. One of the supervisors had a sense of humor and asked if I a as going to take a picture which I was and asked everyone to smile. A few of the employees said no don't take any pictures. They could have just moved to the side and said I'd rather not be in a photo. Instead a few said don't take any pictures.

We drive a little out of the way to go to this story instead of the Cary superstore. They’re generally better stocked and less crowded. Parking is much better.

Heather is always so mean to me when I go through self-checkout! Store is nice otherwise but I wanted to leave a review because I am tired of getting harassed every time I need assistance.

Clean, easy to find products and helpful staff. Too many self checkout area’s, why? How do we (the consumer) get those savings when we are still paying the regular price for items? There’s no discount for checking out my own items… (Just my 2 cents)

EMPLOYEE IN BLUE VEST BARKED AT ME!! Yes, another Walmart review!! This time in APEX,NC. A Older African - American (So Am I) female employee in the 'Blue' vest BARKED AT ME!! I shop at this location frequently with no problems. During the height of the pandemic, dressing rooms were closed in all types of store's, so it was a hassle to buy something and try it on at home only to see it doesn't fit right. Going to customer service to return something is always a hassle even with a receipt. You ask for a gift card to get an exchange, but CS will put it back on your card instead. Therefore, I was elated that the dressing room was back open. It USED to be an employee was close by to attend to the fitting room. But, we all know that ain't happening. So I saw 2 employees in blue vests in the men's underwear isle. So that means that they are working in the clothing section. They can see directly toward the dressing room. I know they saw me coming over. I say VERY kindly "Excuse me, can someone assist in the dressing room?" The employee BARKS at me, "IT'S ALREADY OPEN!!" "THE DOOR IS OPEN!!" I say, shocked at her tone, "Okay, thank you" BUT, in my head I'm like did she just bark at me???? Any other time, THE DOORS ARE LOCKED and you HAVE to ask someone to go in!! Usually, someone will go get someone with the key, and I don't mind waiting. FIRST OFF, I didn't notice the open door, as I was looking for an employee. SECONDLY, they normally will watch you like a hawk trying on clothes. As I was in the room, someone tried to open it. I said, "someone is in here". THEN, I HEAR the employee who BARKED at me tell that customer someone was in there, and I heard a key OPENING another door and the employee was nice to that customer!!! The same respect I initially expected!! Someone to come open a door!!! SO apparently this was her area to work. Other people may have asked her all day like me- but it's her job to man that area- and she DECIDED to leave a door open!! Again, Walmart normally has the dressing room locked!! She could have at least said nicely, "the door is already open." I'm not a mind reader!! Walmart employees should not be getting FRUSTRATED for doing their job of customer service!!! I know they are also stocking and fixing stuff, but they know it's a customer service job as well!!! How was I supposed to know the door was open, AND I could just WALK IN without someone MONITORING what I took in?!?! ACTUALLY, I had "NoBo" clothes (Cheap and cute) to try on in APEX before. No employee was around then. I walked until I found someone to ask. The employee NICELY said she would get someone. I go back and wait. THE EMPLOYEE OPENS THE DOOR. SIMPLE!!Guess what? Other customers also came to use the dressing room, and SHE OPENS a door for them. When I'm done, she is right there. THAT IS THE WALMART DRESSING ROOM PROTOCOL I AM USED TO!! NOT BARKING, "IT'S OPEN ALREADY"!!! Funny thing is, I saw the look of frustration on the employee who barked at me as I was walking up. The other employee with her had a calm disposition. The woes of an empath!! I will continue to shop in APEX and other Walmart's, as she was having a bad day, and not me!! I save it for the review!! Plus, Target clothes are too expensive!!Walmart, when you have your employee group meeting, Please tell them not to BARK at people!! YOU ARE THE ONE'S WHO PUT IN A DRESSING ROOM!! OAN, as I was leaving out, I heard another AA female (so am I) Greeter say to customers, "Have A Nice Day". As I approached the exit, I looked at her with a small smile acknowledging her. She looked at me and said NOTHING!! As soon as I get pass the door, I hear her say to another customer, "have a nice day!" I guess today I had "Walmart Be Rude To Me Today" written on my shirt!! SMH!! My money helps pay their salary!! Maybe that should be t-shirt!! I went to Walmart again, the ladies dept., and this time when a customer asked to use the dressing room, a NICE employee said, "I'll be right there." SO THE DRESSING ROOM IS NORMALLY LOCKED!!!SMH

Instead of innocent until proven guilty, they treat you like a thief until proven innocent. After purchasing ALL my items, the man at the door harassed me about showing him my receipt for an item that was too large for the cashier to bag. I understand places such as Sam's club and Costco checking your receipt at the door because you are a member of their store so you signed an agreement for them to do that when creating a membership. Walmart however does not have a membership and the second I pay for my items at checkout, the items in my cart are now MY property and should be treated as such. People should be allowed to leave the store freely without harassment

Very disappointed in our experience today. ONE lane was open at 5:00 on a Saturday evening. We had to scan an entire cart of stuff and all of the scan & go lines were astronomically long. Please do better

Update: Sad to have to deduct one star from my previous review. All the men's cologne is locked up. No Walmart employees in sight. Called customer service on the phone. They said they would be right there. After 15 minutes, they still weren't there, and I had to leave disappointed in Walmart's customer service. Well stocked and quick. Had what I needed. In and out quick.
