I really appreciate locations where they are nice to drivers. They allow you to park overnight They allow you to use the restroom And they are quick to unload. And if you need to stay until your hours are back they are kind enough to let you stay.

Great bargains, but the gas lines were terrible. I would rather spend a few cents more than to be part of the chaos I witnessed today. Costco is my favorite big box store. Sure wish we had one in Sanford. Love their products.

I just had a visit with my family on 04/30/22 where I had an extremely bad experience with cashier number 60 named Allyson M. I have been a member for over a year and never had any problems coming in with my membership and having my mother use her card to pay. I was present and showed my membership card and then once she finished scanning my mother tried to insert her card and Allyson said only members can pay when I am physically present and my mom has paid with her card before and we explained we were getting her a card on my membership right after this but she refused to let us pay so I took my moms card and attempted to pay when she then asked what the name was on that card and I told her it was my mother Andrea and Allyson proceeded to tell me I could not pay with that card because it did not have my name on it. I then paid with my own card since there was no other Option apparently but it left not only me but my family enraged since we’ve never had this problem before at any Costco before. I am reluctant to shop at this location again but even renew my membership in the future at any Costco.

Love the regular services Costco provides. I am happy to buy food but never again will I use a sponsored program. My issue is with a whole home generator. Their subcontractors lie and do not stand behind the words spoken. When reaching out to Costco to make it right was told it is a vendor program and we cant provide a guarantee. Tried to file a complaint but was hung up on by the manager of the SE program for generators. Do yourself a favor and stay away from other services minus items in the store.

It was my first time being in a Costco, ever. I was shopping for a customer off of instacart & wanted to get myself a package of cucumbers & soup. Attempted to buy it at the self checkout. Asked for assistance from James. He acted incredibly snooty, arrogant & just plain NASTY towards me. All he had to do was tell me it was a membership only place, instead he was insulting & hours behavior was nothing short of appalling. Honestly I would've gladly bought a membership if it wasn't for him. I don't want to support a store that employs very nasty employees! A guy like James doesn't need to work with the public at all!!!!!

Crowds have gone down since the opening of the Garner Costco (so I heard) so the experience now isn't too bad. Always busy in the parking lot, weekends are hectic. Good samples on the weekends and they keep this place stocked with some fun finds.

Went to this Costco on a Wednesday at 1pm and it was busy but not too crowded. The previous visit here was on a Saturday and I will never go on a weekend again. Recently moved to the area and had to buy household items. I found almost everything I needed and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of most items. The previous Costco I had shopped at in a different state was laid out differently so it will take me a couple more visits to get my bearings here. The staff were efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back just not on a weekend.

The food court pizza is pretty good, and you don't need to be a member to buy it! I prefer the cheese pizza to the pepperoni - they put less cheese on the pepperoni side.

This Costco branch has big parking space, clean facility, and wide selections of products. Coming here is like treasure hunting at times. There seems to be an unpredictable rearrangement of some items to keep you moving and searching, and at times you end up picking products you didn’t plan to buy. Quite tricky marketing style. Once you’re on the counter, you feel hungry already. And oh, the delicious chicken bake and pizza, we like it so much. Well, Costco has been a go-to place for my family for our supplies. Through the years, Costco is cool.

Has the usual great Costco stuff and this store is always very busy as well as their gas pumps too. However, they know how to move these lines very fast and for that it negates a lot. The attached photos are of New Years Eve at Costco around 3 to 4pm, which no way reflects the lines are Costco during non holidays store hours. Don't get me wrong I still luv my Costco....
