Sell all the time to them and also buy! Love going weekly to see all the new goodies they get!

not really what I was expecting. Items for sale don't seem very nice and are pretty expensive. Use a coupon a go to Kohls or something. Brought it a huge back of items to sell and had to come back later that day. Came back and they didn't want any of it. We had brand new items with tags and they said the reason was they were "old". I'm sorry but the items we brought in were much nicer than what you have on the racks. Oh well. It was worth a shot I guess.

This place has absolutely no standard whatsoever. I highly don’t recommend this place or location . I took in 3 full bags of high end clothing brands polo Ralph Lauren , Patagonia , diamond supply all in new condition nothing sold 3 times . When I seen the things they were selling at the location everything was very bad condition way worst condition then the items I had brought it . The staff is very rude and unfriendly. Also everything is disorganized in the store and very unprofessional. They will give you nothing close to what your items are worth . Highly advise not going here.

Haven't been to a platos in years. My oldest daughter visited from Florida and we went. Had the bag sale going. Took 1 1/2 to get through the line. However everyone was so nice , patient and helpful. Will definalty go again.

I do not understand why so many people make a big deal out of this place. This was our first time going, the store is totally disorganized clothes all over the place, the prices are just outrageous for used clothing. Will definitely not be returning

Overall I’d probably give the store a 3.7 rating. The selection they have is great but the store seems overstocked most the time which makes it hard or discouraging for customers to shop; HOWEVER, I always have received great customer service here. Very friendly. I definitely think this Plato’s could expand to a bigger building, that would be cool and beneficial! I use to work at a Plato’s a few years back for sometime and I think people leave negative reviews about their buying process because they just don’t understand the entirety and details that it is consist of. I definitely feel more welcomed here than at the lake county one.

Heather is the absolute best! She really made the difference in helping my daughters love their gifts or the ones I bought not so much. Plato's has my business and I can't recommend the store and Heather enough.

As usual, I had a great time and found many great things during my visit! The employees are always friendly and helpful. This visit they had a difficult time getting a security tag off a shoe I wanted to buy. They remained calm and very kind despite a pair of rudely complaining people behind us. I admired their kindness and calm regardless of the criticism. All in all this whole endeavour took a mere 6-10 minutes. I've never had a negative experience there. These people do all they can to help and keep the store in order. I appreciate this place. It's a shining example of a shoppers dream.

Always a pleasent and cheap place to shop. You can also sell your clothes here which is amazing. Very kond staff that is always willing to help if you ask. Highly recommended. Update. They now require face mask when you enter. Kudos to them to trying to keep everyone safe.

The selection and condition of items here is great. The prices are great. Everything is neatly organized and laid out well. The customer service is miserable. I waited in line to check out for so long I was really tempted to abandon my purchase. The young male clerk (no one was lame enough to wear actual name tags) was so busy flirting with a young female customer he was literally following her around and ignored everyone else. When he finally got behind the counter and indicated he'd check me out, he proceeded to have a lengthy discussion with another employee on which items to post to Instagram, cuz u know-- that's WAAAAY more important than acknowledging the customer that is standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. This is so incredibly rude and not something someone should have to point out but apparently these clerks have never heard u pay attention to the customer in front of u, EXCLUSIVELY. And guess what- it's us 'old' customers that shell out the money, not the tweeners. The place is pasted with hand written signs all over. At least print them out so they look a little more professional? The 15+ mins I stood in line I saw a weird bug on a hanger and snapped a pic. These are just carpet beetles and fairly common so I wasn't freaked out about it, not that big a deal. All the clothes smelled fine and not musty. And yes, the pic was taken in the store- u can tell by the patterned carpet under my hand. And no, I don't have carpet at home nor walk around with carpet beetles in my pocket. But shop should def get an exterminator if they don't already have one. Finally, my supergreat check out clerk turned his attention to me and probably realized I was a tad irked at being ignored in favor of Instagram and asked how my day was. I responded fine. He said something along the lines of his day was going great cuz he was making money while I was out blowing it (!! WTH?) He obviously thought this cute and clever but it came off obnoxious and rather holier-than-thou. Purchase-shaming your customers is not a real smart way to get them to return, just sayin.
