I struggle with this location . I get highly irritated because the online shoppers are running up and down the aisles like mad men getting in the way and blocking stuff on the shelves . The produce is hit or miss I have seen rotten tomatoes often. I do like the toy department the grill section and the electronics area . The staff seems friendly in those areas . Great finds on the vinyl record selection too ~Jim

They have a wide variety of stuff here . I read all of the reviews and i am shocked to see the comments about the staff being rude . I have shopped here for years and never had an issue with them . Most of them have worked here for a while too I find them kind and friendly . I do however find tons of defective clothing and the cologne is not very strong . ~Jim

Overall I’d probably give the store a 3.7 rating. The selection they have is great but the store seems overstocked most the time which makes it hard or discouraging for customers to shop; HOWEVER, I always have received great customer service here. Very friendly. I definitely think this Plato’s could expand to a bigger building, that would be cool and beneficial! I use to work at a Plato’s a few years back for sometime and I think people leave negative reviews about their buying process because they just don’t understand the entirety and details that it is consist of. I definitely feel more welcomed here than at the lake county one. ~Gabby

They are seriously so nice here and I could not recommend them more! I had a wedding band made at Jeffrey’s to fit my engagement ring about 10 years and could not be happier! I have also had my engagement ring cleaned regularly and fixed here a few times as well as other pieces cleaned and dipped. ~Candace

Today I took my 2 year old for a hair cut. We worked with Emily and she did amazing. She has children of her own and knows the difficulty of working with small children and hair cuts. IVY Boutique is my favorite place to shop. I make sure I go there at least once a season. Every time I go inside the store, I fall in love and ending up splurging a ton. My whole closet is mostly Ivy clothes now and I always get compliments on anything I wear from there. All of the clothes are so unique and unlike anything you'd find in stores. You never have to worry about seeing someone wear the same outfit as you! Although some things are pricey, there is always a sales rack in the front with great deals. Sometimes I wait for particular items to go on sale. The owner, always is so welcoming when you shop in the store. I always go in loving a million items, but she will help me narrow down my decision to what fits/looks best. I appreciate that a lot! Me and my mom love our Ivy shopping days together. This is a great clothing store to shop local and find much more affordable boutique clothes compared to other stores in Chicago. I recommend this shop to anyone! ~Mariah
