They are seriously so nice here and I could not recommend them more! I had a wedding band made at Jeffrey’s to fit my engagement ring about 10 years and could not be happier! I have also had my engagement ring cleaned regularly and fixed here a few times as well as other pieces cleaned and dipped. ~Candace

IVY Boutique is my favorite place to shop. I make sure I go there at least once a season. Every time I go inside the store, I fall in love and ending up splurging a ton. My whole closet is mostly Ivy clothes now and I always get compliments on anything I wear from there. All of the clothes are so unique and unlike anything you'd find in stores. You never have to worry about seeing someone wear the same outfit as you! Although some things are pricey, there is always a sales rack in the front with great deals. Sometimes I wait for particular items to go on sale. The owner, always is so welcoming when you shop in the store. I always go in loving a million items, but she will help me narrow down my decision to what fits/looks best. I appreciate that a lot! Me and my mom love our Ivy shopping days together. This is a great clothing store to shop local and find much more affordable boutique clothes compared to other stores in Chicago. I recommend this shop to anyone! ~Mariah

When I walked into the store no one looked up, welcome me, or in anyway acknowledge a customer walked in. Every associate was with a customer already, but no one bothered to say we will be with you in one minute. I decided to leave and come back about 20 minutes later after running a few errands. Once again when walking in no one even looked over or acknowledged that someone had walked in. When talking with the customers waiting before me, they had also not been welcomed in. Once I was helped the associate was kind. I was came in to get my ring checked for the warranty, but if I had come to look and purchase a ring, I would have left well before anyone decided to acknowledge me. ~Meghan

I will never go anywhere else. These people that work here make me feel like I have a second family. Camillia is an amazing artist, same with Mal. I’ve gone to both of them for all of my tattoos and I don’t want to go anywhere else. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, funny, and treat me super well. Not to mention, every single tattoo I’ve gotten from either of them is perfect to me, I love them. Plus, Benji is amazing as well. If you’re looking to get any piercing, he’s the one to go to. He tells you everything about cleaning the piercing, during he talks to you to help you relax. I also love the fact that when he pierces you, he usually says something like “I know, I suck”.
