11:20 pm. 12 customers in line for the only open register. Counted OVER 15 employees as I was there. Asked the young, seemingly could not care any less, employee that was closing ALL self checkouts, "lot of grumbling customers in the only open line, could you guys open another register ?" His response was, " Oh, we're kinda short handed" Wal-Mart... THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I tossed the purchases I was Going to make on the closest thing I could fling it at and WALKED OUT! PATHETIC! New edit w/pic 10-02-18 I hope one of the changes is Customer Service! Update: 2-18-2022 Still the same 4-21-22 It's gotten worse. 8:30pm NO CASHIERS! ONLY self check out. If I have to ring up And Bag my groceries... WALMART = WORTHLESS

I was just there and tried to buy a game from the electronic section. A set of headphones and a PS five controller and I couldn’t get it rung up because the chip reader doesn’t work on the register. They literally just shrugged their shoulders at me. They told me I wasn’t allowed to pay for it upfront. I’m never coming back there again. Now I’ll just go to Best Buy.

My mom and I went to go look at bicycles and they said they had a bunch of stock when we went to the inside area they only had a very few.In the outside area they had quite a few but they were all rusted you couldn't even give those away to children because they would be too dangerous. What is the point of having 50 bicycles outside to show people if you can't sell them. And if they are selling them the warranty is probably already void because they're in such bad condition. Very disappointing. I will say that the staff was helpful in getting bikes down for us.

We drive miles out of our way to go to this Walmart over the other 2 closer to us. It's organized, the employees don't seem miserable, and it's not loaded down with creepy video cameras in every isle like the one by our house.

It was quick and easy to get in and out. I go to the store if not everyday at least every other day. I really love the staff they have??

This is the 2nd time in maybe a month or so that their refrigeration has been out when I go there to grocery shop. So they are throwing out all the food, or the refrigerated sections are mostly empty, or like today they were in the middle of restocking some of it. Seems like a recurring issue.

I'm so weary of this store refusing to post checkers that will check you out and force you to use the self check outs. If I wanted to work at Walmart then I'd submit an application. The idea that they would rather not employee someone and force me to do their jobs is sickening. In addition it appears that they've reduced the workforce even more than previously observed. Walmart needs to recall that they rose to be the largest retailer in the country because of customers, those same customers that they so gleefully ignore today.

Love the way this particular one is set up. The Pet food is right near the front and across from the food instead of across the store. The pharmacy area is awesome and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpfull. The self checkouts are at each end are always pretty organized and fast. Please think about using your own bags. Save the planet!!

There were no carts in the building. I go outside to get one and there is a 70 year old man doing carts by himself yesterday in 80 plus degrees. I do not support business that don't care about there employees wellbeing.💯
