I go here quite often at least once a week. The people there are very helpful and get the meds when they say they'll be done. We had a problem with the insurance and the pharmacists called and got it straight for us after I said I would try and figure it out. I love this pharmacy.

This review is in REAL TIME...it is 6:45pm...I am attempting to call in a refill on an electronic Rx...they close at 7pm...line is ringing....no answer....first attempt someone picked up the line and hung up. Second attempt....6:47pm....line continuea to ring and no answer...SMH.....THE WORSE. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

They try their best. Corporations cut hours for Pharmacies to cut costs and the patients are the ones who hurt. They are grossly understaffed and overworked and it shows in the reviews here. I have never had an issue with them and feel bad watching them run around trying to serve all their patients.

My 1. Year old daughter has pneumonia. Script called in at. 4 o'clock YESTERDAY. I attempted pick up at. 6:30 last night and was told they would text when filled. At 12:30 today I went back up there thinking surely they'd just forgotten to text..NOPE!!! I waited another 45 minutes for 1 antibiotic. I WILL NEVER USE WALMART PHARMACY AGAIN!!!EVER

If I could rate 0 I would. Your pharmacy technician Cary was very rude to me when I called to ask a simple question on a prescription. Please coach her on how to talk to customers. I spend alot of money there and don't appreciate being treated that way. Please reply to [email protected] . Was upset when I first heard the prices of my medications that I don’t have insurance for and we’re generics, but after talking to Jessica the pharmacist, she talked me through some things and I wound up finding coupons online. I saved money and left much happier than when I got there.

My experience, contrary to most all the reviews to date, has been satisfactory. Even better than satisfactory, actually. Maybe the case is that I just don't expect first rate service at Walmart anyway. Proper tactic for avoiding disappointment, ehh?

Typical Wal Mart. Lousy service, lousy attitudes from employees. I got the added bonus of the pharmacist calling my doctor because my Dad and I have same name, except I'm Jr of course. Called doctor to say I was filling prescriptions at multiple pharmacies for same meds. I spent four days getting documents showing them they were wrong. They still refused to call my doctor and admit their mistake. I can't use the words I really want to say about these lovely people. Do yourself a favor and use a mom and pop type pharmacy. I have never been treated so badly.

Terrible experience here yesterday with obtaining my medication. I wasn't feeling well so I used the drive thur.The clerk tells me my medication is going to be x amt of dollars. I'm like that's not right she tells me that she is just a cashier so I'm like l will come in. They have my insurance on file and it's active but they wanted me to pay full price for the medication. I asked another clerk if the medication was it name brand or was the medication generic she didn't know of it was or not. After that I said ok I'll give them a prescription discount card to use on the medication the clerk started that they had a card on file but it only took off ten dollars I'm like that's not right. After a hour the lady at the drop off window took my phone back and forth for twenty minutes with her just to type in the code the pharmacy shewas finally able to process the card for me to get the medication I needed for my doctor appointment. I to call the nurse at my doctor to let them know that I was at Walmart struggling with Walmart to give me my medication at the right price. I've been going to this Walmart since 2010. They need to get some certified pharm techs in their instead of cashies so they will be able to tell the difference between brand name and generic drugs when you ask them.
