This Walmart is the slowest for order online, pick up in store. They mark your order as picked up, but take their sweet time to bring it to your car. I waited 20 minutes after they marked my order as picked up and finally had to ask someone why people who arrived after me were receiving their orders. Then it took another 5 minutes for them to bring my order out. At least 5 cars came after me and left before my groceries were anywhere to be seen. They are never in a hurry or even work at a normal speed. They are always dragging their feet and slow. This is the 3rd time I've tried this Walmart and I'll not be back.

Do not place an online order for pick up here. I was a huge fan of online, until I was stuck waiting here for an hour. I paused all Walmart pick ups for a bit, then tried another Walmart store for pick up and it went well. I decided to give this one a try again as it is on my way home. HUGE mistake! I placed my order for between 5 and 6 pickup. The app sent a text at 5:00 saying delayed and at 5:54 that it was ready. I was shopping in the area so was literally there in a minute. I parked in the only empty pickup spot. In the next 40 minutes I saw zero orders come out for those of us waiting. I called the number on the sign at my parking spot. No answer. I called the number for the store, it rang for three minutes before I gave up and went inside. It looked like a disaster around the online area inside. Carts and bins stacked up everywhere and two poor guys just poking their heads in here and there but not moving any orders. Others from online pickup we’re waiting inside with carts just trying to get their orders. This wasn’t slow service it was paralyzed and no service. The person at the customer service desk didn’t know how to cancel my order. She did talk with an associate about how backed up the online guys were and about how the store manager didn’t care and was not present. I drove home, went online and canceled my order. As near as I can tell from the app, 2 hours later they think I’m still waiting outside in spot #5. So in what was 8 parking spots with people waiting I saw zero order delivered to anyone. Update July 2022, well they got me again. I mistakenly picked this store on the app instead of the one a few miles away and received a message that my order was ready 15 minutes before my 3:00 pick up time. I arrived at 3:35 and waited until 4:25 before they brought out my order

You cant beat the convenience of the pick up service. But be sure and call as soon as you get parked and can provide your parkimg space number. Checking in through the app at Harvey St. location was pointless.

The pick up is the worst. 2 cars waiting and unless you go and knock on the door they never even bring out your food. Save yourself the headache.

On par with all the other Neighborhood Markets. "Okay" produce. Not a great vegan selection. Self-checkouts a little finnicky. Update: convenient place to shop after working out at LA Fitness; however, I find that they are commonly out of stock of items I need for the week. Maybe it's just bad luck? I mean, how many people eat All Bran and fiber tortillas?

Nice grocery store in a perfect location to get food at low prices. Low prices on non perishable items, baby food,formula and toiletries you may need. Gift cards, cleaning goods and pharmacy too. They also have surprisingly good 🥕🍅🍌🍎 fruits and vegetables. They also have ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and ramps.

I was a little disappointed by the service, cleanliness, and general atmosphere of this grocery store. It was pretty well stocked however, so that's one positive attribute. I don't think I would enjoy shopping there on a regular basis.
