Publix Super Market at Miller Street

This locale has a parking garage, so grocery shopping on a rainy day is no hassle! Store is well lit, clean and fully-stocked. Greeted by most employees as I shopped. Nice bakery and produce section. Convenient to have Starbucks right off the elevator prior to starting to shop. Great selection of foods for the gluten-free or keto dieter, too. ~Deanna

Food Lion

This Food Lion is really convenient for me to stop by on my commute. The employees (at least the ones I’ve interacted with) are always friendly and willing to help. They also have great value with their prices. I would like to see a wider organic selection (for example, I didn’t see any organic apples when I was there). But overall they do a great job. ~Daniel

Food Lion

Clean store friendly people. Good produce and love the Deli. I buy sliced pepperoni for my lunch. It is the closest store to my house. Store always seems clean. Isles are never filled with stock waiting to be put away like other stores. Staff always greets me with a friendly face. ~sonofasellers

Walmart Neighborhood Market

This Walmart is the slowest for order online, pick up in store. They mark your order as picked up, but take their sweet time to bring it to your car. I waited 20 minutes after they marked my order as picked up and finally had to ask someone why people who arrived after me were receiving their orders. Then it took another 5 minutes for them to bring my order out. At least 5 cars came after me and left before my groceries were anywhere to be seen. They are never in a hurry or even work at a normal speed. They are always dragging their feet and slow. This is the 3rd time I've tried this Walmart and I'll not be back. ~Shared-Robertson

Food Lion

Convenient one on just about every block but need to keep The shelves full they are always out of something that I need on my grocery list!! And usually more than one thing! Produce needs to be fresher!!! The department needs to be cleaner in general and not just the produce Dept. Needs more selection in meat Dept & frozen completely emptied at times especially in the evening time of day. I usually see eight or nine cashier at any given time need to take some of those hour and put back into the departments that make the store! The only reason I gave two star’s is for the convenient ~Jerry

ALDI

The cashier refused to accept my ID because it was a vertically oriented license instead of horizontal. I tried to ask why she wouldn't accept my legal government ID (that is not expired) stating that I am 25 years old and she simply said there was nothing she can do, but she cannot sell me alcohol. Normally I would be slightly annoyed and let it go, but my issue is that I have purchased alcohol on multiple occasions from this aldi location with no issues. Is this some sort of new weird policy? If you happen to have a vertical ID I would recommend going down the street to Lidl to purchase your wine and beer, prices are just as good. ~Abbey

PDQ Restaurant

2 stars bc the spicy chicken sandwich was editable & pretty okay. Waited for what seemed like forever in the drive thru (seriously over 12 minutes); was told the chicken was cooking..cool, fresh, hot food. The fries were not editable at all, they were burnt to a crisp, hurt to chew and just gross. Not sure why I waited so long for a fresh mediocre sandwich and very very old fries. Thought the place looked nice but for $12 I will likely not be back! Oh and the Mac n cheese was absolutely gross. The noodles weren’t even al dente (sp? - still very crunchy) and my 2 year old who will eat Mac n cheese off the floor wouldn’t touch it. ~Anna

Pinnacle Financial Partners

Michael and Donna are a pleasure to work with at this Pinnacle branch and have longstanding relationship with both of them at Pinnacle. I really like the location of this newer branch on Harvey St. Very convenient location and the tellers are very personable as well when using the drive through or stopping by. Never a long wait in my experience. ~Brent
