August 1, 2022 - We went to Zaxby's to dine for the first time and the food was okay. I had a Cobb Salad which came with fried onions in it and Texas Toast on the side. It was a decent portion, eatable not necessarily flavorful though. The price point was reasonable.

I ordered a chicken finger meal and some fried pickles and the lady on the drive through speaker repeated what I said about 3 times because I wanted to make sure she got it right. I go to the pay window and I pay and they ask me to park by the front door, no big deal I guess but it was annoying, I wait by the front door for about 10 minutes before they finally come out with my food and when I get home and look they didn’t give me the extra sauces I paid for, didn’t sub the Cole slaw for fries like I asked, and I’m just really disappointed that I paid for certain things and didn’t even get them after having to wait like that. Was craving a specific thing and after all that it ruined the whole experience.

Went to get a sandwich through drive thru, 3 ladies were sitting under a pop up tent talking to each other. Took forever to acknowledge me and when they finally did stop talking to one another, one of them said something disrespectful to me as she went inside,, before I even said a word. They were supposedly out of almost everything on the menu and mocked me when I repeated "You're out of sandwiches and fries?". Unbelievable. I don't understand how they're still open. Never again.

Where to even begin. We always wait a while before trying again because they always get our order wrong but I like to give multiple chances because every place has off days and to be honest we forget why we don't eat there until we try again. This time, we were missing a whole kids meal, no zax sauce in any of the meals, no extra sauce we paid for, and the wrong sandwich covered in sauce we didn't want and was actually on the receipt correctly. I would blame it on the pandemic and being short staffed if this wasn't the norm long before then.

I Went To This Zaxbys On 5/13 Around 3:20pm I Stop By This Location 3/4Times A Week For Lunch Or Dinner On The 13th It Was Lunch! I Ordered A Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad With Extra Chicken. After Returning Back To Work To Eat I Opened My Salad With 3Chip" Pieces Of Bacon!! I Called The Restaurant Immediately So They Could Fix My Order With Out Any Luck The Employee Who Answered The Phone Wasn't Professional At All Laughing And Not Taking My Call Serious With No Luck Speaking With The Manager On Duty I Called The Next Day And The Manager On Duty Was Very Helpful And Apologized About What Had Happened And Offered To Replace My Meal That Day I Wasn't Able To Go But To Think I Would Have To Drive Be And Get Food That Could Have Been Fixed The Day B4 I Didn't Want To Waste My GAS Or TIME!! VERY Disappointing And Aggravating When You Haven't Eaten All Day And Someone Is Playing With Your Food Money And Time!!!

Yesterday i went in for lunch with coworkers i ordered a Cobb salad. I was more than halfway done when I noticed something black I liked it up it was a small roach in it I grabbed my tray and walked out. No point on saying anything to the staff because no one ever wants to assume responsibility. Well Zaxby’s never again will I eat at this location. Health inspector if y’all happen to read this Pay attention to your jobs it never fails every time I’m in peters creeks area. Won’t be eating at any Peters creek restaurant this isn’t the first restaurant I experience this. It has to be the area please do your jobs who ever is grading these restaurants in this area.

Store grade is 94.5 and customer service sucks. The store is filthy and the workers have poor training, awful communication skills and lack basic etiquette. The cooks are on their phones texting in view of customers and have drink cups all over the counter. This store needs strong management. Never. Coming back to this restaurant.

Visited on Friday, M arch 18 (time on receipt was 9:31 p.m )...they were not busy, which was a pleasant surprise. I received my food promptly by a friendly young lady. The reason for 3 stars is the quality of the food. I was told they were out of grilled chicken (30 minutes before closing...understandable), so I agreed to fried chicken on my Cobb zalad. The chicken was overcooked or overheld, because it was super crunchy. The salad was okay, otherwise, but I didn't receive any dressing. Thankfully, I was coming home and had dressing here. Had I ordered to take back to work, or somewhere else, I could not have eaten it without dressing, especially with the crunchy chicken.

Waited for a little over 15 mins. The place was empty. Was then served an order of frozen mushrooms. After receiving a full refund and a second order of mushrooms I opened the box to discover a container of ranch that had obviously been tampered with. I was so disgusted I threw the rest of the order in the trash. Is this what I am to expect Everytime I stop in the local Zaxby's. How can trust to eat here again? Not me.
