The food is great when you know who's cooking it sometimes its cold and you can taste the chicken and tell if it's old or fresh. If you come around lunch time your guaranteed some good hot fresh chicken but any other time its like play russian roulette because some of those young kids in there don't care about good customer service their young they just want a paycheck.

This place does not stay open late. They are very short staffed. I ordered ahead online and picked curbside option, sat there for 40 minutes before the app told me to call the store. Called and someone finally brought food out to us. The food was cold and not worth a single penny of what I paid for it. When you go through the drive-thru they always always always mess up my order and then get mad when you come back to have them fix it. The dining room is never open so the drive-thru wait is usually 20 minutes depending on the time of day. They need to step it up.

Don't waste your time going unless you want to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru and have terrible food. Can't wait for McDonald's to reopen.

I don't know why they put a Bojangles in Brevard there dining room is never opened, they never have the food you want they always say they ran out and they close early all the time. This restaurant is a joke 😂🤣

I get breakfast there in the mornings. There's usually a line at the drive thru but most of the time it moves fast. Just wish u could dine in.

I understand that times are hard and places are short staffed. So I try to give places a chance but the past 2 times and my last time(today) I’ve been served bad food with horrible service. I asked a question in driver thru and was mocked while ordering. Hearing the staff laugh whenever the lady (Manager) took my order. The guy at the window(Alan) is always nice but the others are completely rude, impatient and down right just unprofessional. I work in the service industry so I know times are strained but still that’s no excuse to treat people badly. I won’t be back but I still felt it needed to be put out there. I work hard for my $18.21and therefore I should get served OLD FOOD. BoBerries tasted like hockey pucks. Don’t waste your time or money.

The food is fine, but they open too late for morning commute, and they close to early. Generally their hours are inconsistent and are not competitive with other local fast food businesses. I frequently have to take my business to their competitors. It's frustrating because I do like their food!

The food was mediocre at best today. Some of the food was cold. The fries were stale tasting. There was hair in food. One of the workers were complaining about us being there because we had like 13 people with us. We were very patient. The man at the register put his face in his hands as we were up there. They also fussed back and fourth loud enough with each other to the point where everyone in the restaurant could hear it. It was not a good experience at all.

Holy cow, this place was filthy. I wanted to leave about 3 seconds after walking in the door, but my husband was determined to have chicken for dinner. We waited about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged as standing in front of the cash register. Then I saw a server, take the scoop out of the rice, give it a shake, and then scoop out my cole slaw with it. I will never return...if my husband wants chicken he is on his own.
