Tim got me on a path that helped me lose weight and become healthier.He is a solid person and is responsive and active in the gym , he has a lot of classes and will take time to help you with your fitness goals. Two thumbs way up for equipment selection and community sense. This gym is an excellent place to call your fitness home.

Amazing gym but filled with thirsty women. This gym is amazing. The owner, Tim, goes above and beyond and truly cares about his business and his customers. The equipment is great and there's more than enough equipment to get the workout you want. My only complaint has nothing to do with the gym owner or the gym. There are some thirtsy women in this gym who are not shy about flirting with other womens' significant other and it's downright disrespectful. Ladies, please have more respect for yourselves and others.

I recommend this Fitness location. The owner Tim, runs the whole show alone and he GENUINELY cares about his members and wants them to discover the benefits mentally and physically of exercise. And they offer everything here. Definitely my new home gym.

Wow! I'm in town visiting some my parents and wanted to find something for the next couple weeks while I'm here. I have a snap fitness in my hometown and have low expectations about these 24h gyms. Needless to say this gym doesn't resemble those gyms in any respect. This place has a great selection (and nice) equipment, and an impressive class list. It reminds one of the nicer small gyms in New Orleans that I'm used to, I'd sign up in a heartbeat if I lived here. Also the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Mound Anytime is safe, clean and friendly. It’s not just for athletes, average people with average bodies can go and feel comfortable. Tim the owner is awesome. He provides more free instruction than I’ve ever seen at a gym. About the bathrooms - it’s almost impossible to keep bathrooms shared by scores of strangers up to the standards we may have at home. Bring some white vinegar and a microfiber cloth and be part of the solution instead of part if the problem.

I only go to this gym because they have one of the BEST Trainers there. It is a busy place, has a nice owner and it has many great people that utilize the facility, but I NEVER go without hand sanitizer and forget about the bathrooms! I have been literally disgusted by the uncleanliness of the club. Professional cleaning crews need to go in and sanitize that place regularly. It is so hard to live in a small town & not have many options. Trust me when I say I am a positive & honest person and 3 stars is the best I can do for this Anytime.

Having been a member of multiple gyms, I have had the best experience here. It may be smaller than other gyms and have less "amenities" but the value outweighs the cost. Several free classes, hands-on owner, and a friendly atmosphere unlike some larger gyms. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!
