Great place to workout,friendly staff and members. Clean machines and is open 24 hours, I've belonged to bigger gyms with more machines and more amenities but for a small town gym it's the best in the area!

I do remember people going there are great but I do have to recognize what happened. I was heading overseas and sending my sister to cancel the membership, she go inside talk to the people and hand them there keys when I get back and check my money and history I find out they they are still charging me, I talk to them about it and wanted to get my 9 month worth of my money back (it's around 38 permonths) they only gonna give me for past 2 months. They pretty much took 270 dollar from me and say sorry. I have never been violated by a gym this bad

The club has an at home atmosphere with friendly members. I did not get an opportunity to meet with any of the staff they seemed to be absent for this day.

3 stars are a stretch, I'm sorry. I've been to a bunch of AF's all over the country. This one has a 3rd world feel about it. That communal shower room/bathroom is hella creepy!

Friendly staff, newly remodeled, clean gym. The new group training is fun and I really felt welcomed even though I was just visiting. Cardio, strength, free weights - this fitness center had what I needed to get in a great workout.
