I'm choosing to go 50% on this. Here's my reasoning: the staff is amazing and were really helpful and kind as we got started here. However, the facilities need work. I don't mind a gym feeling a bit old school, as long as things like the locker rooms are up to date. For instance, there's no reason for they're not to be curtains in the men's locker room showers. If things improve, I'd be happy to improve my review.

The pool schedule is terrible. Hard to make appointments 2 weeks out for a lane, and half of the time there are empty lanes with nobody in them. Also people standing, aqua jogging, during lap swim times.
