Staff are usually helpful and friendly people. However, stock is a pretty common problem. I'd say unless it's some AAA game that just released, the odds of having it in stock is 50/50 even with games that are a year or two old.

If you wanna waste your time go to the Albert Lea Gamestop. I'm absolutely livid with this store and will never shop here again. The store hours on their sign and on the website say till 7 on a Wednesday night, I called before hand that day at about 3 regarding my reason for needing to go there. Did anyone give me a heads up they were closing early? No. So I drove there and wasted my time last night. So I make the drive again today, 2:37 i arrive to a locked door and a sign stating they closed today at 2:30. Yet someone was still inside answering the phone. Two days in a row, I've made the drive, and it ending with me wasting my time. I'll be taking my business to the mankato gamestops. Don't waste your time with this place, if they can't even give a heads up they'll be closing early, they won't be getting my business.

We frequent this game stop. I would give it five stars but sometimes the coustomer service is poor or the manager has a bad attitude but that's not without saying people don't have bad/off days. Generally when we go in there they are friendly and pretty helpful. We sometimes find price difference where a new copy of a game will be less expensive than a used game so need to keep an eye on that but otherwise pretty neat place.
