I’ll most likely never go back, especially to this one. Not only did this guy not greet me but he also skipped over me several times and never once even spoke to me until I got to the counter. He was extremely arrogant and really left a bad taste in my mouth. Also I wanted to trade in three games. $26… that’s pretty pathetic. Also used a game cost more than new on Amazon…

Again another gamestop around South metro, Burnsville this time has developed their own hours. They are closed clearly well before 8pm. I've watched a few people come and go and try the door. Someone came out and said they are closed at 6 on Sundays and they are aware of what online says but online is wrong. I wasted my time driving over here.

I was here for Black Friday before the crowds manage to storm the place. The service was awesome. They were so helpful and patient with me while picking out gifts. I got some great stuff with their help. They explained things to me in detail so I wasn't confused about anything.
