Such a horrible, nightmarish experience, I endured this evening at this location with an employee named "Classi." 🤦♀️ She was anything, *but* I rarely go to this convenience store and that was certainly the last time I ever will. It's quite dirty, as well as creepy at night and obviously the overnight employee is extremely rude to people. Holiday, a block away, East on 42, has much more friendly and professional staff. Or Kwik Trip, a couple of miles West on 42, is also way better, especially in-terms of customer service.

VERY rude staff. Have tried to give the benefit of a bad day so I've gone in several time and each time its a terrible experience. Icing on the cake was the other day when I went in for a fountain drink and arrived at the counter to pay. The lady saw me and said nothing, didn't ring me up just looked at me and turned around. I asked if I was at the wrong register and she said "No" and still didn't' ring me up. By this time two others were in line behind me. One person said "Are you going to ring us up?" she looked over and yells "No, thats his job!" and points to some guy on the other side of the store. Took him a few minutes to come over and he rang me up without says a word. no Sorry, I was busy, nothing. Holiday it is from now on.

Let me just say what happened to me at that Speedway was messed up. I get there and Pull up on pump 7 I think it was, i get out go to the store and there was a young lady that was working there. i asked her very kindly if they had mountain dew code red in fountain drink?? and at 1st she said yeah but then realized they only had the Mountain Dew cyclone... So i get that instead.i paid for the drink then I ask her where the oil is. after buying the oil i I asked her very nicely if itd be alright if I filled my engine with oil.she told that it was no problem at all. i replied are you sure cause im not tryin to cause any trouble. she assured me it was fine.i said thank you.i go to my car i ended up using what i bought so i had to go back in and grab another quart of oil when i was inside no one asked me to leave i wasnt bothering anyone. i finished puttin the oil in i go sit in my car for a min to check my phone. before i knew it i looked and there 2 cops walkin over towards me i stopped what i was doing. they asked me what was i doing does my car run once i told them it's fine they very aggressively told me i had to leave. i said to that cop i haven't done anything wrong..officer replies who cares they want you gone, so get in your car and go home. instead of standing there and as much as i wanted to argue back at em it was pointless so i got in my car and drove off feeling harassed, belittled and angry. so im gonna file a formal complaint to corporate. nothing will change thats guess the way things are....

Chris is the most rudest staff. She is always frowning and hostile to customers. Always unfriendly, accusatory. I have a disability and live on very little. I needed quarters from pennies. Was told, in the past, that they can't do change. Used the extra change container and Chris came out of no where and accused me of stealing! For people with disabilities, this is heartbreaking. Chris has no compassion not an ounce of sensitivity towards people with disabilities and how hard it is to survive.

Go here often as its convenient for me location wise. Employees are usually nice. Bit slow though as 2 of their 3 check out lanes are almost always closed even though they have enough employees to help..just not very organized.

They got one star because there is no such thing as zero Stars terrible customer service bathrooms are always dirty they don't know how to refill any of their coffee supplies. They're coffee Supply area and their fountain drink area is always filthy if you eat something off of the roller grill you might want to get a tetanus shot and not to mention you got a very disgustingly rude employees at the front counter that have no interest in smiling or even want to be at work I understand if you have a bad day every now and then but the multiple times that I've been here it is been the same trash over and over again. If SuperAmerica seriously wants to compete in the gas station Market with monsters like Kwik Trip and holiday that believe in going above and beyond and keeping their bathrooms clean and their drink areas clean then they better get their act together because the employees at the SuperAmerica seriously need some education on how customer service actually works. I am done with them I will not return back to any super Americas

If you allow an ATM in your store that gives $50’s, you should make sure that the counter staff is able to give change for it.. been here too many times where my transaction has had to be canceled & I’ve had to go to the Holiday C-Store across the street all due to the way you deal with giving change.. I like the rewards program (I have well over 75,000 points, I used to come here quite often) but not enough to waste my time anymore hoping that this store has enough change.. you’re losing a lot of business because of this. Hopefully someday you’ll figure out a way to make the staff feel safe while making the customer feel like they are #1.. until then, I have no other option than to go to the store that is best for me, which isn’t Super America atm.

Horrible experience. We asked one of the ladies working if they had any more, of a certain product in back. Her response was to get all huffy and puffy and roll her eyes at us. Then she yelled to the front counter lady if they had any. The front counter lady had a snappy response as well. We don't go to this location, but I happened to be the closet one to where we were. Management I hope you read these and seriously take them into consideration. We were at this location on January 13th 2017 between 9:30-10am. I will NEVER go to this location again, and if I could give them no stars, I would. It's not hard to be polite to someone.

**horrible** customer service, employees treat customers like an annoyance, not like they need us to stay in business. In particular two older employees named Mary and Glen. No greeting as you enter the store like most stores, no "thank you for coming" or "see you next time" after you check out. Glen didn't even offer me a bag for the food items I bought today. I go here because its extremely close to my business and the location is convenient but there are other choices on my way to the office, so I may explore those instead tomorrow so I don't feel like I'm a bother to anyone.
