Delayed review Went to purchase a dash cam, went through 3 employees and no one knew a thing. Should have taken a hint then. When it came time to pick one, it took me a long time to find someone who could get one out of the case. No one told me I could get a membership so I'd have longer to return it. Now 3 weeks in, I'm doing a warranty exchange with the manufacturer. Doesn't matter what the receipt shows, the whole experience was terrible.

The employees answered our concerns about warranties very thoroughly. The appliances, we were told, actually had the same manufacturer's warranty and other warranty options as they would if they were brand new. We found a great LG dishwasher for under half of the original price with just a few cosmetic flaws and missing the documentation (which is always available online), and were surprised they also had a promotional sale of 20% off the already low prices. We also got $50 off for taking it home at the day of purchase. Service was fantastic.

I will 100% be back to this location because of Shift Lead Rachel. She was immensely helpful, went over the top for us, and because we had to wait on hold and got no resolution she even offered a discount for "wasting" our time (it certainly was not wasted). She didn't have to go above and beyond and we were very happy with our experience. This is EXACTLY why I always shop at Best Buy!

Super helpful people. Didn’t sell us on anything like their parent store. Told us about the appliance we were looking at and then let us shop for ourselves. I even asked if they had a tape measure to carry around since I forgot mine at home and they let me borrow one for the entire time I was there.

Needed an electric dryer and since this goes in the unfinished part of the basement, I don't care about color, scratches or whatever. And because all manufacturers put manuals online, don't need that either. Walked in, browsed through several aisles of dryers, found a great deal. $800 Samsung dryer for $310 due to a few scratches and no documentation and maybe because people don't want black appliances?? I don't need a sales person most of the time. I do my research. They gave me another $50 off for transporting and installing myself. I will check here first the next time I need an appliance.

BAD - Delivery people came to the house (they were nice enough) and said it would be hard to remove and install. I paid for that service. They clearly didn’t want to do it and weren’t qualified to it either… third party do we don’t have to take blame. The guy on the phone while they were here said to try and they brought new in and took it back out and again said it would be too hard. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and I didn’t click my heals and have them appear magically. I received a call from the “guy” while they were here saying we can reschedule with 4 guys on Saturday. What!? Got disconnected before we could schedule. He called back and all no I didn’t say we could reschedule on Saturday I can’t even reschedule because it’s in transit. Two vacation days wasted I don’t have a washer and dryer that I paid for and paid to deliver and install. I should’ve believed the ratings…. Don’t buy if you can’t haul yourself.

I bought these open box. They were $300 off MSRP but when I looked online at Best Buy a new one was the same price. They gave me $25 off each and also a $200 gift card. Crew that loaded on my truck dropped one. But I bought extended warranty.

We didn't even know this place existed until we drove by...if you are building a new house, redecorating, or just looking for a new appliance, this is your store. Full of scratch and dents at pretty reasonable prices. 4 stars because we walked through for about 15 minutes and not one associate acknowledged our presence. Oh, by the way, lots of big-screen TV'S as well. Check it out

I'd give it 5 stars but for a few issues. Some staff are not helpful, but others are fine. You're unable to reach anyone at the phone number listed and manager at outlet store didn't return my call after I was told another store provided contact info. The people here also have no idea how to properly shrink wrap appliances. They loosely tighten the wrap and only go around about 1 1/2 times... it will likely blow away on the drive home.

I wanted this to be all I hoped for & more. Tons of appliances marked down due to somewhat major damage. Lots of TV’s in their boxes. As expected has that warehouse feel but kind of in a dirty way and help/staff was definitely hard to come by. IMO you’re better off getting something used off Marketplace.
