I have had no full use of my legs since 1992 accident. My car is how I survive to get meds food, sometimes my “home”… SURVIVAL. My car is OLD but it’s all I have& all I can afford. Batteries are what keep the car moving so when my battery went & I was called AAA WHO NEVER SHOWED, it was FIRESTONE, Eden Prairie who saved me. Minus degrees cold very early SATURDAY MORNING, they called every parts place to locate a battery, installed it & was efficient friendly polite & accommodating doing it. Thoroughly impressed because I have been ripped off by more than a few places, including Honda dealerships. While there I noticed they assisted at least 2 people without charging them offering solutions to help. Thank you, Firestone! Blessings to this place.

Make an appointment to get stud replaced so I can put lugnut on my tire. I bring it in and they tell me oh we can't do this. I said why would i make an appointment then? He looks at me and says no idea why you would. Would not recommend.

I walked in today as I have many times before and just simply asked if codes could be run on my car 2 hours before the shop closed. A man named Brandon was working at the front desk told me they don’t do that and I told him they’ve done it before, he said that the guy who can do that has the code reader locked up in the box for the night. He seemed to be bothered that I asked him because he looked like he was having a great conversation about nothing with a customer who was waiting on his car to be repaired. My children and I are currently fleeing a domestic situation and needed a quick read on the status of my car health. It was not that serious to make such a lame excuse as to why you can’t assist me. Saying ur reader is locked in the box was the silliest thing I’ve ever heard! Brandon is lazy and I would not recommend anyone who cares about customer service to come here. It was the way he said it and how he just looked irritated I came into the shop. I will not make this mistake again!

I am super impressed with the service from this location. I brought my car in mid afternoon for some new tires and was prepared to leave it overnight if needed. Not only did they squeeze me in, one of the mechanics and the manager stayed late after closing to finish the job and even to complete the alignment they discovered I needed. Plus, their lifetime alignment is great where I can bring it in every 5,000 miles and have it redone again for free of needed. They've got my business for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended!

The service is always done right. The advise from service technicians and sales advisers is always trustworthy and based on safety as well as affordability. If even if it is a unusual request for a non-standard part of service, they can find the part in a timely manner. I've been going to Firestone Complete Auto care for years and will continue to do so. Now my daughter has her own car, she takes it to Firestone as well.

Came in and asked to be squeezed in. Dana made it happen. Very friendly staff. Helped me find a great set of tires at a great deal. Manager was a amazing with all customers while I waited. Open and honest service no overselling or bs. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

I had a hole in my tire and they replaced 2 tires saying it was ok and shouldn't be a problem. When I went back to do an oil change, they said I should have gotten all 4 replaced. Cause it can cause problems. I would have to buy 4 new tire not 2. So now I would spend an extra 400. And the 2 they replace is only 1 old. I took it somewhere else to get it done and found out they gave me wrong size tires! Not going back there.

This is NOT a place if you have any major work needs to be done on your car especially even if have any steering and Rack and Pinion related. I am NOT sure what kind of parts they use, they don't last less than few months. They had to fix my car's Rack and Pinion three times still the issue is NOT resolved. Though the parts on life time warranty, The team is NOT honoring the same and giving up on fixing the issue and doing the proper diagnosis on it. If they can't even diagnose the issue properly and suggesting you to go actual dealer ship after you spending big chunks of money like 2k to 3k , then there is no point on relying them.

Waited an hour past my prescheduled appointment time today and they still had not started work on my vehicle. When I went up to the manager and asked for the keys back that I would need to cancel, she gave no response. No apology, no acknowledgement even though she knew I was waiting, no offer for a future appointment with a discount, etc. This manager needs to be trained or fired if they don't want to keep alienating customers. Needless to say, they have likely lost a 20 year loyal customer for good!

I have had great experiences with the multiple sets of tires I've purchased over the years. But the service level has been sliding. I set an appointment for routine services and end up waiting for much longer than the job should take. Oil changes, tire rotations (which are complimentary for the lifetime of the tires), alignments are the main services I utilize Firestone for. I have even been told it would take an hour to have my air pressure checked and adjusted, when stopping by before a trip, on a walk in. That is ridiculous! Walk in service is not an option for anything anymore. I don't find this to be an issue with other similar outfits and am now done with Firestone for any other purchases. The lack of work ethic and service values displayed with their current model is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to search for other options while tire shopping or looking for regular maintenance services.
