Best tire shop in Eden Prairie, Minnesota (MN) 2025

I have had no full use of my legs since 1992 accident. My car is how I survive to get meds food, sometimes my “home”… SURVIVAL. My car is OLD but it’s all I have& all I can afford. Batteries are what keep the car moving so when my battery went & I was called AAA WHO NEVER SHOWED, it was FIRESTONE, Eden Prairie who saved me. Minus degrees cold very early SATURDAY MORNING, they called every parts place to locate a battery, installed it & was efficient friendly polite & accommodating doing it. Thoroughly impressed because I have been ripped off by more than a few places, including Honda dealerships. While there I noticed they assisted at least 2 people without charging them offering solutions to help. Thank you, Firestone! Blessings to this place. ~E

Excellent tires, very fair price. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is that several times now they’ve told me they will have my car ready in an hour. It’s never an hour. For planning purposes, double the time estimate. Clearly none of them is married, since anyone who is married knows that you should under-promise and over-deliver and not vice versa. But a good crew and excellent value overall. ~David

I was just there today. I didn’t realize how much i saved until after i got in my car (repairing a hole in my exhaust but they were able to re-clamp the pipe to the converter—no more loud noises). I wanted to run back in to thank Shawn and his team again but thought it’d be weird so i thought I’d show my gratitude here! Been going to them for over a year now and initially i get a bit scared ppl will take advantage of me (short Asian gal) but these guys were awesome and honest from the start. Helped saved me a lot of money and gave me reasonable time frame/estimates of when i should get my (older) car checked and repaired. I appreciate you guys!
