I was just there today. I didn’t realize how much i saved until after i got in my car (repairing a hole in my exhaust but they were able to re-clamp the pipe to the converter—no more loud noises). I wanted to run back in to thank Shawn and his team again but thought it’d be weird so i thought I’d show my gratitude here! Been going to them for over a year now and initially i get a bit scared ppl will take advantage of me (short Asian gal) but these guys were awesome and honest from the start. Helped saved me a lot of money and gave me reasonable time frame/estimates of when i should get my (older) car checked and repaired. I appreciate you guys! I brought my car here for the very first time and the service was transparent and fast! Their staff was helpful and insightful when discussing my car’s inspection. You can tell this location is locally owned and I would definitely bring my vehicle back in the future!

Nice people, however, my car was having power issues so I went to Midas to get my battery tested…. I was told after that my battery was 100% still functional. After that I had no idea what was wrong for weeks; until I went to Firestone, got my battery tested again and was told it’s completely dead. The next day my car stopped working because I was driving it with a bad battery. Now my car has a plethora of issues and it all could’ve been avoided if Midas had given me correct information. I could have saved so much money time and energy if I just had decided not to go to Eden prarie Midas Service: Battery

I would highly recommend NOT doing business with these people. I initially called them about a power steering fluid leak, which I was already sure was happening just unsure of where the leak was, and dropped my vehicle off with them. Their loaner car they gave me was in poor condition, stained seats, gross smell, terrible alignment causing massive steering wheel shake at highway speeds, and just an embarrassing vehicle to give to a customer all around. I was shocked to see an estimated repair bill of 4.7k on my first visit to them. Apparently they took the liberty of doing a "full inspection" and found something wrong in every nook and cranny of my vehicle. I had just taken my car to a different mechanic three days prior with no mention of needing any of the repairs they listed except a battery replacement. Ironically, Midas somehow missed my very obvious oil leak! Here's the kicker. In the morning when I dropped off my vehicle, I had to go into my trunk to grab something. 9 hours later after I picked up my vehicle, while it was in their hands the entire time, my trunk latch magically became broken. I don't think it is a coincidence personally. I think they were upset that I didn't go through with a single one of their bogus repair claims. I know they are bogus, because the next day I dropped my car off at a different mechanic who was honest with me. Do not go here! They will try to milk you, then take out their day on your car. Came in with a catastrophic exhaust breakdown, was able to get an appt. on the same day and everything repaired on the same day, even with the business experiencing technical difficulties. They called and tracked down parts, double checking to make sure I was able to get my car back fully repaired and ready to go. I felt like I was given good info throughout the process, including pictures sent to me. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto exhaust system replacement, Battery, Steering & suspension replacement, Exhaust
