I love the products, the paint is second to none! However, I have had 2 difficult and unfortunate incidents at this store both involving the same person. Miscommunication and failing to make the situation right. I do painting for others and will not be using this store any more. It is just not worth it!

Cher helped us and she is awesome! I have ordered a lot of paint with Sherwin Williams and this was my best experience yet. We brought in both our young children to pick samples for an ENTIRE house. She got our son settled with a coloring book and got to work helping us decide. If you need help choosing colors,do yourself a favor and call ahead on a day she is there.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I love sherwin and their products. I am a professional painter that has to frequent this establishment every so often. I have found that it is better to go out of my way to go to a different store than to go to this store. Please save yourself headaches and go to one of their other stores.

After being very disappointed with the Eden Prairie location I went to the Chanhassen location and got great service. At the Eden Prairie one though, the service was absolutely terrible. The guy seemed to not want to speak to me. He told me that they were out of the base paint they would need to generate sample paint but o got the feeling that that wasn’t true. I asked when the base paint would be in again and he mumbled possibly the following Monday or Thursday. I asked if he had any suggestions for other Sherman Williams locations. I used my cell phone to find the Chanhassen location and asked if he might be able to call there and ask if they had the right base paint. He mumbled and then didn’t do anything. I called the store myself and then handed him to phone. This time he did ask them and confirmed to us that they had the base paint. I’m not positive but his lack of enthusiasm to speak with me seemed to start when he saw my Asian wife. My wife got the same feeling. My wife and I were there on Sunday, June 8 at about 1:15.

This was my first time painting the interior of my home and staining my deck and the staff at Sherwin Williams EP was so helpful. Aaron the manager gave me great advice, was nice and helpful. He helped me pick out materials I needed and my home looks great!

I have had good experiences using Sherwin-Williams paints. Store personnel are always helpful in selecting paint and explaining the differences between the various paints. They also carry everything you need for your paint job.

I would recommend most Sherwin-Williams stores; just NOT this one. I waited nearly 30 minutes to even order the quart of paint I needed. There was only ONE employee in the store on a Saturday afternoon. He was doing the best he could, but the manager should never have scheduled only one person to work on what was likely going to be a busy day.
