I am so glad I found this hidden gem. If you didnt know it was tucked back here, youd never see it. Niki is an amazing stylist and she is super friendly. My hair always looks phenomenal when I step outside. Like, I keep checking myself out in the mirror fabulous.

I made my appointment with Rachel at the Trio Hair Suite almost three weeks in advance, informing her that I would like to get a haircut and color. I asked how much the price would be for both. I was given a price and showed up to my appointment. When I showed up I was informed that Rachel does not cut hair, something I was not informed of prior. I drove 1.5 hours under the impression I was getting a haircut and color for a certain price. A major reason for booking the appointment for me was to get a haircut. After letting Rachel know I was upset about the situation and asking if a discount would be possible since I was informed I would be getting a cut and a color for the price she quoted, Rachel did not offer a discount for her mistake. I was charged the full amount just for color. Rachel did agree to add on a deep conditioning treatment, which is appreciated. However, as the customer, I feel more could have been done to rectify the situation. Had the situation been handled differently, I would have happily been a returning customer.

Unique and wonderful place. Each room is special and offers their own services. I've done microbladeing, waxing, and eyelashes at different studios here. There is something here for every woman. I definitely recommend!
