My initial experience as I walked in more organized and friendly. It took awhile for me to find the right color and everyone who helped me were nothing but friendly. The day before I booked the appointment and despite taking so long to pick a color, I never once felt rushed. Salon life is new to me. Only once a year I treat myself to getting the nail spa package. I'm not from here and don't have anyone to come with me on experiences like this. My only complaint about this is some of the judgements towards me for being alone and open to chatting and sharing. They seem to not realize not everyone comes from their world. My apologies to the lady who worked on me because I forgot her name. She was friendly, didn't mind trying to have a conversation with me despite our language barriers. We talked almost the entire time. There are only two complaints I have: 1. She didn't do enough layers on my finger nails and I could see streaks and parts of my nail. Probably needed only one more coat. 2. My neon yellow turned into a banana like color when I spent time outside. You can see where the top coating dulls the color underneath. Clearly both of those fall on the salon. My problem is why didnt she notice the streaks? And what top coat did she use on my nails? Spending $90 is a lot for not having your fingernails unfinished. *The picture you can see the top coat and how dull looking the color is compared to underneath.

Got a foot massage and dip manicure and both were fantastic. I think the owner was actually the one that gave the massage and he really listened to what I wanted.

I love their reflexology massage when they actually do it- favorite place to go for a pedi. Dot and Tina do an amazing job at running this place, will travel to receive services here.

My coworkers highly recommended this place. I scheduled a pedicure appointment since I was needing to keep a tight schedule that day. It took 10 minutes of standing at the front desk for someone to greet me and check me in. People who arrived for walk ins at the same time as me were seated first. From the time I arrived to the time my feet hit the water was 35 minutes. I then sat soaking for another 10 minutes until someone arrived to start my pedicure. 2 separate people did my pedicure. I was fuming inside, but didn't say anything because I was so shoked at how horrible my service was vs what my coworkers had to say about the place. They were busy and thanked me for being understanding. I had to cut my nail drying time short as I was already 30 minutes late for my next appointment. My coworkers said that maybe I should try not to go on a weekend (went on a Friday at 1pm). The owner was very nice. I will try this place one more time.

Kevin gives the best pedicure I've ever had. The owners Dat and Tina are beautiful, wonderful, hardworking people. I highly recommend this salon and won't have my nails done anywhere else.
