There is one old lady here(don’t know if she is a manager or supervisor)who is unwelcoming, unhelpful and borderline rude. She does not let you finish say what you want to say. I had experience this twice with the same person. I just hope she is not too tired to be little emphatetic.

This lady had me wait in line and when she finally finished with the sweet old lady infront of me; she told me She can’t do a money order for me. “Service center is closed; its time for my break.” I hope corporate understands that this is not fair and I feel as if i was being racially profiled. Helped 3 people before me then decided to close when it was my turn.

I'm writing about the pharmacy. If you can try to go somewhere else. The lead pharmacist doesn't even bother with customers. She acts like she doesn't see anything but her computer screen. The poor assistant is running around and working alone, so if there are people in front of you you'll end up waiting for a long time. But she is super helpful, so all stars are hers!

Cub foods, I bought some non alchohol Odouhls, they needed to see my id, I'm like really, I turned 63 yesterday. I showed the lady my license and she said why does it have holes in it, I say, "because the new license is coming in the mail, she said, you need to show your yellow paper copy, I said are you checking my age or validity of my license? The manager came over, Yep, we need to see the yellow paper (out in my car), I'm like this is freaking ridiculous, I took the Odouhls out of the bag and said let me get out of here, purchasing the other items... Common sence totally out the window.... Irritating to say the least!!!! I will go elsewhere from now on

Worst Cub Foods I have EVER been too!!! For at least two fricken months they've been 'remodeling'! Every single time I come to this stupid store the exact section which has the ONE SINGLE item I came here at all for is completely cleaned off and empty, being 'remodeled', different section every time, always the exact section where the one item I want should be! This is at least the fourth or fifth time and this does it! I am never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever going to waste my time coming to this stupid location again, NEVER!!!!!!!!!

I feel I have to write a review after my experience tonight... I've never seen a line this long at a grocery store, especially considering there are literally 6 self-checkout registers, all closed, with only one cashier working. I asked the manager about it because it's disconcerting since we are still actively dealing with the coronavirus. Her response was that she can't keep her eyes on the self-checkout line as well as the line she's running... Makes sense. This is not a management issue, but rather, a corporate one. If they get this much traffic at night, then they should have another cashier working who watches over the self-checkout registers so that people don't pile up in line during a pandemic. It's just dumb... Why have six self-checkout registers if you aren't going to use them? Just my two cents...

I've been coming here for 3 years for groceries and I've always found everything on my list. There has never been a time I needed to go somewhere else. Also. Great staff. I've never had a bad interaction with anyone working here.

We love this Cub! Great selection and always has what I'm looking for. It's organized perfectly and the store is very clean and well maintained. The only negative is the unfriendly and rude checkout people.
