Nice place unless you get caught here past 11AM on a weekday. It becomes very busy and the surrounding infrastructure can not handle the volume. Beggars and vagrants on every street corner.

I was just at this location this morning. I happened to be in the deli section (where they have fresh salads that the employees portion out for you). I'm not sure why, but a customer was clearly angered by something and was demanding to speak to the manager. There was some back and forth, but as I did my shopping, I saw that once the manager arrived, she not only was able to seemingly calm the angry customer, but then was also equally trying to calm the visibly upset employee. That is a level of tact that is rare, and to some degree, cannot be taught. That said, I was there for groceries, not entertainment. The store was nicely lit, clean, had a great variety of both fresh made/baked and shelved foods.

Horrible customer service, I live across the street from this location, and have been going here for at least 10 years, and have spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS HERE! They actually accused me of stealing flowers of all things! I’ll never spend my money at this location AGAIN!

The short cashier with orange hair was so rude this morning. She kept calling me a "he" when it's clear as day that I am a woman. She was training a young lady and when a small issue with payment came about, the older cashier kept referring to me as "he" and "his". I have on make-up with curly hair and look nothing like a "man". I whispered nicely THREE times that I am a woman, and she said it again; at that point it was clear she was just being rude. Maybe because of my race? I spoke to a manager who said he didn't want to make a big deal about it in front of customers which is understandable, but she blatantly disrespected me in front of customers and my 10 year old child. I will call back to speak with another manager and reach out to corporate if I have to. I will not be disrespected just because someone thinks they can. I shop here often and would rather not deal with that. Too old. Otherwise, this Cub does have great selections of food and is always pretty clean.

Good parking, nice new face lift. Store is always clean, and shelves faced well. Checking out is usually super quick. Just have to be careful on prices, especially the produce compared to Aldi down the street.

I can always find what I am looking for. The staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. Youssef, the Asst. Mgr in produce goes out of his way to make sure his customers have the freshest produce. He and his guys work hard and fast-very impressive! Thanks for the head of lettuce!

I stop in to oder a small macaroni and cheese and one of the lady workers had her mask on but it was not covering her nose usually the workers nose and mouth are covered. But when I went to check out I told the cashier I didn't want it. Due to covid and if mask are required please cover mouths and nose.

This is our home Cub Foods as this is the closest to our place and we have been frequenting here for more than 4 years now. They have a great maintenance of the place and have never seen rotten or empty produce at any point of time. They have a friendly staff who aid you any time you are stuck somewhere. The store has a nice floor planning as one place leads to another sequentially. We get our supply of 5 gallon drinking water from this location week on week. The reverse osmosis setup is fantastic and we have never had complaints with the water. The checkout wait time is so high during peak hours during the weekends that you will feel like being at the checkout forever. Make sure you make great use of the Cub Rewards program that you can make use at the Holiday gas stations as well. This is truly a Minnesota born and raised!
