The attendants behind the desk where unfriendly and almost aggressive and although I had an appointment, they didn't any search in they system to verify the job I set up for my car. It was my first visit to the Firestone located in Saint Louis Park

Made an appointment online Monday morning for that evening to have tires replaced. Got an email confirmation 20ish minutes later. Left work early to get there only to find out not only did they not have the tires that were supposed to be put on but they didn't have any tires that fit my car.

Was quoted $358 to replace my headlight bulb. Kept telling me they needed to take my front bumper off. Went down the road to Midas and he simply unscrewed the cap from under the hood and replaced it. Costing me $53.00. Ridiculous to try and rip someone off hundreds of dollars.

Robert and Andre were both incredibly nice to me and they were both very helpful with getting my tires replaced. I feel like the price was reasonable and the work was done quickly ☺️

The service is so bad Unprofessional Especially the people at the front desk. I thought about it maybe there’s no manager or these people we’re not train properly It’s unbelievable that they are that bad but they are oil change for 6 hrs I only come down here because we have an account with them but next time I’ll be going Pep Boys we also have account with them

This place is not good with timing and appointments. I had a 12pm appointment for a flat tire. I sat there for 1hr and 40 min and still no one talked to me. I was mad and asked why. That’s when someone said they are fixing it. I had to wait another 20min to get it done. Looks like they don’t have any regard for people’s time & appointment and are unprofessional. If you have less time, please don’t go there.

I called to schedule an appointment around 8am. The tech said the tires I wanted were not in stock at the store, even though the website said they were. He said they could get them from another store, and asked if I could drop the car off. I dropped the car at 1pm. The receptionist said those tires were not available. This was the first sign that communication at this location is lacking. I was provided an invoice for the job, which was higher than my online quote. When I inquired about it, I came to find that they added an insurance charge without asking me first. I told them to remove it. She took my keys and said I would receive an update on the tires via phone call. I called back 3 hours later, as nobody called me. I reached the first tech who I spoke to in the morning. He was short with me, and seemed annoyed about me calling for an update. I informed him that I was told I would get a phone update. Another instance of bad communication on their part. I asked what time the car would be ready. He didn't provide a specific time, but said I would get a call. I called again to get an update around 6pm, as I hadn't heard anything yet. The receptionist told me it would be ready by 7 (store close). I called just before 7, at which time I was told it would be another 45 minutes?! I received my first phone call of the entire day at 7:45pm to tell me my car was ready. That is almost 7 hours for a tire change. Due to the lack of communication between team members, lack of communication with me, disrespectful treatment, trying to upsell me without my knowledge, and the overall inefficiency of this location, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. I will never return.

Was absolutely shocked at how they try to take advantage of people by saying things need to get fixed when they don't and by charging an absurd amount. Then when I explained to them that I don't need any of that done and instead just need the simple fix that would not cost anything I was told they can't do that. I know it's possible to do because I just had it done elsewhere. They tried to charge me almost $1,200 for $350 worth of parts and 45 minutes of work. Only reason it is not a 1 star review is because the lady at the front desk was polite and had good customer service.

This location has done a variety of work on my cars and are always very professional and kind. I've only ever had one problem here and the staff did everything in their power to keep the situation low stress and get me taken care of. They turned a very stressful situation into an easy fix. Joey the new manager is phenomenal at customer service, really puts you at ease and makes you feel valued as a customer. I 1000% recommend Joey. He is a huge asset to the company. The service manager Bob is also wonderful, he always recognizes me when I stop in which is nice. These two are a huge reason why I will keep coming back . They have some great techs as well I apologize I do not know them by name. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!
