This place is not good with timing and appointments. I had a 12pm appointment for a flat tire. I sat there for 1hr and 40 min and still no one talked to me. I was mad and asked why. That’s when someone said they are fixing it. I had to wait another 20min to get it done. Looks like they don’t have any regard for people’s time & appointment and are unprofessional. If you have less time, please don’t go there. ~kahiye

I was just at this location this morning. I happened to be in the deli section (where they have fresh salads that the employees portion out for you). I'm not sure why, but a customer was clearly angered by something and was demanding to speak to the manager. There was some back and forth, but as I did my shopping, I saw that once the manager arrived, she not only was able to seemingly calm the angry customer, but then was also equally trying to calm the visibly upset employee. That is a level of tact that is rare, and to some degree, cannot be taught. That said, I was there for groceries, not entertainment. The store was nicely lit, clean, had a great variety of both fresh made/baked and shelved foods. ~Julie

Some obnoxious rude employee kept hanging up on me. Called several times and each time got hung up on then called again said it was disconnected!?!? guess we won't be ordering from Dollartree through instacart or doordash. ~Aisha

Kohls is a great place to shop. They have a huge selection of name, brand merchandise. Along with very good quality store brands as well. Currently you can go to their website at kohls.com and find instant savings. Currently they are offering kohls cash which is a program where after spending a certain amount of dollars you receive rewards which you can use on future purchases. If your kohls cash expires currently they have some leeway on expiration dates. They have a nice jewelry, selection, clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories. They always have a nice selection of holiday merchandise. They were always well stocked and the only issue with this store currently is the lack of employees. It's very hard to locate an employee for assistance while on the sales floor. This evening, I patiently waited over 15 minutes at the jewelry counter and no one ever showed up to help me. The cashiers just watched me wave at them, and did nothing to help me. This is just another disappointing sign of the times. Sadly, it's just a matter of time before most brick and mortar stores disappear, and be swallowed up by their online presence. ~Roxi

A little ways away depending on where you live but this location has some of the best decor in my opinion. From simple clothes you can dress up to statement pieces. They have Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Nike, True religion and so much more name brand clothing and accessories. The store is usually very clean and I’ve had wonderful shopping experiences at this location in particular. I’ve purchased beautiful jewelry, purses, clothes, home decor and much much more. It’s becoming one of my favorite places to shop. ~Markeda

Cheapest and best clothes I have found in my entire life. And they're not the cheap clothes that are off-brand. They have Calvin Klein. Michael kors Kenneth Cole you name it they have it and they have it so cheap. I don't even know how it's possibly made. By far this is my favorite clothing store and you should definitely go. They regularly get in new boatloads of orders full of clothing and they're always different. It's not the same s*** every time like TJ Maxx. And they have thousands of things to choose from that are all different. Unlike t.j Maxx or Marshalls which has the same few t-shirts or pants in different sizes but like 40 of them so no variety whatsoever at those places. Burlington however, has the biggest variety you will ever find. I mean I bought four pairs of shoes over the course of a couple months and each shoe cost $20 and they look like Yeezys. I swear this is the best place to buy clothes. Even if I was rich I would still shop here. Keep in mind all these shoes were $20 or less ~Luke

They were having a warehouse sale, so everything was out in buckets and on tables, mostly xs sizes left when we got there. Cool store and marketing. ~Christine

Went to try on wedding dresses, the gal that was helping was super cheery and fun! The dresses are extremely beat up so I wouldn’t have the hope that you’ll be able to buy one. They also have multiple sample sizes which was great! Not a large selection of bridesmaid/MOB dresses. ~Sarah

Shame on me for not switching banks sooner. Hard to imagine worse customer service. Yesterday, my debit card was lost or stolen. When I called the 800 number to cancel, wait time was 90 minutes - an hour and a half, with no option to ask for a call back. I have had many long waits for BMO customer service, but this one was the worst. I never did get through. Local employees seem to turn over weekly. I am 82 years-old. I've dealt with a few banks in my time, but never received service as poor as that of BMO Harris. This organization should not be a licensed bank in Minnesota ~Esox

Last week, I upgraded and bought a new iPhone. It was shipped to my house within 24 hrs (awesome!). I went to the SLP store for help getting my info transferred to the new iPhone and worked with Torrey. Torrey was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I am not a tech-y person, and Torrey was able to answer my questions thoroughly and at a level I can understand. Torrey gets an A+ customer service rating from me.
