Was given an estimate time on-line. Showed up a bit early in case there was an earlier opening. There were 4 stylists on and only 5 people in front of me. None of them got the upgraded massage and shampoo. The stylists kept checking-out there clients and then disappearing. At one point only one stylist was working.... and she was going at a snail's pace. I also noticed her taking the hand mirror across the room to show her client the back of his head. I'm saying a good 15 feet back. I had waited about 35 minutes past my approximate wait time before I finally was the next up, and again the stylist disappeared. When I finally got into a chair my stylist was nice, and the cut was quick and how I liked it. I'm giving 3 stars for my experience in the chair. Had that been bad, a one star would have been my choice. ~Logan

Very helpful staff! As a first time mom I had no idea what to look for when it came to car seats or strollers but by the time I left Baby Grand I had the perfect setup. You can even take a car seat safety class here to ensure you know how to load your baby safely in their seat and also utilize all the functions of these products. The size of this location is great, I don't believe they maximize it to its full potential. Pockets of the store are packed full of product and then other areas are bare. You'll find what you need, it'll take a bit more effort than usual. Didn't see a lot of staff on the floor. Parking lot is a traffic jam. Overall a good visit, I'd come back, I wouldn't come just to browse, frustrating. ~PHILXPRY

Selection low, prices high. For 3xample, there is no better gluten free chocolate chip cookie than Tate's, but they don't sell the GF version, just a $6 box of gross Simple Mills. ~Pontus

Rolling eyes to customers , Snobby attitudes and just overall behaviors towards guests . Such unprofessional behavior . Someone needs to change the management and staff quick . Pure yuck ! No thanks to this store . ~Family

Diamonds and Gold International in St Louis Park! Jill is amazing and goes ABOVE and BEYOND. I walked in after googling “jewelry store near me” while looking for a gift and met the one and only Jill. What a blessing to meet her!! Not only did she help me find that gift, she’s also helped me evaluate a bunch of family heirloom jewelry and most recently she helped us with choosing and designing a wedding ring anniversary upgrade.
