I used to like this nice baby store. But have to say the service I recently been experiencing was not so good. I order a high chair bundle online with them. They don’t have the cushion that showed in the pic and just gave me a random one while I picked them up . After I asked for a exchanged for the cushion, I just wait for so long and no one gave me upstate. No one email me back until I called the store, they say the cushion is there and say I can pick up. Although I did left my address to ask them ship for me. Anyways, I will just go and pick up since I really lost my trust for there service.

My wife and I are expecting our first child next year. we just began the hunt to find everything necessary: nursery, car seat, stroller, etc. We went to numerous stores today and none compared to baby grand. Patti was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. We will absolutely be back to buy everything we need!

They are product experts ready to help you, when you are ready. Highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase or learn about high quality items.

My initial shopping experience was great, and the staff were tremendously helpful. When I asked for the status of my order several months later, I was informed that, due to an issue with the manufacturer, the furniture I ordered would not arrive on time. Even though it was not the fault of the store, Joe went above and beyond to make it right. He helped me find a different option that was in stock and within my budget and had it delivered and assembled before my induction date. I am glad that I chose to shop here, and I will certainly purchase products through Baby Grand in the future.

I was referred to Baby grand by a good friend as a great place for baby clothing, furniture, car seats, and strollers. Our first experience was very positive. We were able to try and configure the car seat arrangements on the strollers as we were expecting twins. After placing our order, was when the nightmare started. We were told that it would take 2 weeks for our order to be fulfilled. We placed the order the end of November and did not receive it until February. There was a lack of communication about the shipment. Every time I called for an update, the responses were, we are still waiting or the manager was not in to provide an update. For a specialized baby store, it failed. I felt like I had gotten better service at Target. I will never be referring anyone to Baby Grand or return to purchase anything for my babies. There was never any apology for the delays or updates.

Service seems good at the store but as soon as you buy something the customer service falls right off. Wife scheduled the appointment to pick up the stroller, bases and car seat that she had picked out. The time they had open I could not make it. They showed her how to use the seat and base which is great but a week later she wanted to show me and could not completely remember how it went. So she called to verify they could double check it was in right when we head down to pick out a chair from them and they said they did not have any time slots open and there would be a fee even if they did. I get time is money and my wife should of done a better job but when you spend that much on stroller, car seat, and extra base you think they could give you some help to make sure your kid is safe. To me just seems like they don't care other than getting the money out of your pocket. Edit. Not sure how to reply to store comments so doing it as an edit(if there is a better way please feel free to let me know as you pointed out this is the first time I reviewed something). To the stores response. I appreciate that you took the time to read the review and respond. Some of your responses seem legitimate and helpful some seem snarky but in fairness my review probably came across the same way. That being said I have adjust one of my comments as I agree with your statement that it wasn't just a show her quick how to. I have adjusted to 2 stars as the instore service was much better then the other one star reviews I see given. I see where you are coming from when you said you felt my statement of "doesn't want to help or make sure your kid is safe" is disingenuous but I am sure you could see why I have that opinion based on our experience. Granted that experience is based on the actions one person at Baby Grand and that may not be the view of the entire company but it is the view that was given to us by that person of the company unfortunately.

Very helpful staff! As a first time mom I had no idea what to look for when it came to car seats or strollers but by the time I left Baby Grand I had the perfect setup. You can even take a car seat safety class here to ensure you know how to load your baby safely in their seat and also utilize all the functions of these products. Great experience, thank you!

Wonderful experience ordering a glider, especially during these crazy times of supply chain issues. Our chair arrived on the expected date and white glove delivery went smoothly. Employees here are so pleasant to work with. Looking forward to shopping here again in the future 😊

We have been customers of Baby Grand for years. Back 6 or 7 years ago, when they were still in Hopkins, we ordered carseats, strollers, cribs etc and always had a great experience. I have to say ever since they closed all their locations and opened the one in St Louis Park, we experienced bad customer service. No one ever greats you or asks if you need help if you walk into their store. I understand weekends are busy, but that is not an excuse. Most recently, I ordered accessories for my stroller through them in November. Never heard anything from them until I reached out 4 months later in February. It took 4 emails from me over another month of "we are checking" or "we thought someone was working on this" for them to finally give me a status update on my order mid March! When I eventually got to the store to pick up my order, the items were USED. Totally unacceptable. No one checked the box to see what was inside and when I opened it up in front of them, to point out the stains, she said "oh that's probably why they were discounted". There was no mentioning of a discount on my invoice, so they didn't pass on any discount to us. It was also not the item I ordered, (short vs extended sun canopy) but no one even realized that. I'm due now any time so I did not take them up on their offer of they would need to research what alternatives are available for my stroller model. It took me 2 minutes to figure it out on the stroller company website and order it there at an even cheaper price. Too bad because it's one of the last baby boutiques left in the cities, but with that service it's not worth it.
