We stood at the window for a few minutes before anyone came to help us. I understand it's it's busy ( even though no one was there), but at least some acknowledgement that they were going to be with us soon would be nice. The rest of the store was tidy. I regret not getting the ice cream.

Don't go in asking for Pokemon Cards or any other trading cards, the ladies who work Friday mornings hold these cards to the side for someone. At least have a set limit how many a customer can buy. But to sell to one customer and not another, discrimination.

They have changed their hours as of March 2019 and are no longer open 24 hours. I understand that business dictates such decisions but management really should spend more time understanding the customer experience. I'm surely not the only one to see the giant "OPEN 24HRS" sign and pull into the parking lot, lock the car, and walk up to the locked doors. I wish minimizing customer inconvenience was a higher priority for this particular Rite Aid.

I went here again knowing that they serve ice cream until 11 pm for my grandfather's birthday only to find out all but 2 flavors were available while the rest was frozen solid! They don't know how to manage or take care there stuff, horrible service!
