This is the worst cvs! Always has a line and one cashier always! Unless you have a chair avoid. Plus their beverage cooler has been broken for like 3 months now and it's summer!!!

So much for 11pm closing time, these guys close their doors 15 mins prior to when they’re really supposed to close. Might just have to report this store to corporate office, I’m sure they frown on stores that run this way.

I went to CVS to pick up medicine today. My three-year-old child wanted to use the bathroom, so I asked the pharmacy staff and they told me to call the cashier. When I got there, the cashier told me that I had to pay first. I asked if I could come back after my child had used the bathroom. I was told that the bathroom was suspended! I wouldn't give a star if I could！！！！！

DON'T go to this one for your prescribed drugs! Probably not the staff's fault per se, but they are NOT in-stock of many pretty basic medications, their orders take an extremely long time to arrive; days and days and days past your scheduled date to receive. In addition, they do NOT inform you when your order is running late, nor do they have any information about why it is late, when to expect it, or if you'll ever receive it at all. I waited more than 5 days after my prescription fill-date and I ended up having to call on my own several times to check the status. I would imagine some people are in dire need of their medications. Good thing I wasn't. The pharmacist on the phone was nice, I guess, however, she did NOT have any further information other than "they haven't arrived yet". Again, probably not her fault. Anyway, I went back that day to get back my written prescription and I simply went to a different CVS to have it filled. Problem solved. Never coming back to this pharmacy ever ever ever again when there are so many other CVS options available, and I would suggest you do the same if you want to have your medication accounted for.

The service is SLOW. TOO SLOW. Waited an hour to get a flu shot. The pharmacy staff needs to work more efficiently because they didn't look understaff at all. There were only 3 people (including myself) waiting for that at the time. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention I've made an appointment online, filled out all the paperwork online as well. But they still asked me to do paperwork again when I got there. Getting a flu shot shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

I’m giving Daphne the 5 star review. I had an incident with my CVS extra care card, and she was so willing to help me that she offered to call customer service for me! This cvs is busy, but their cosmetics section didn’t look picked over and it wasn’t dusty like some other beauty sections at cvs. But huge props to daphne I hope that she sees this review and knows that she gave excellent customer service!!!!
