Day 1: My family and I arrived at 5pm to get our phones switched over. We were told we needed to make sure our phones were unlocked. They told us that this was going to take too long (90 minutes after we arrived) and they close at 7. To come back tomorrow. The manager would be there to help the staff. Day 2: Phones unlocked and we arrive a little before 4. The process starts and the staff keeps going to the manager who appeared to be annoyed about the questions and told the staff to just call the port center. Poor staff was on hold over 2 hours. We hear the phone start to ring (he was on speaker helping other customers and manager had left hours ago.) Phone call either drops or there was a hang up. The staff asks us to come by AGAIN tomorrow. He stated that his manager could probably do this faster, but she didn't want to help him today, as she just kept dismissing him and left without seeing if she could help. Why would we want to spend a third day, at this store for who knows how many more hours? So 2 days later, and 5 hours of our time total still no progress.

The staff was very helpful. I had issues with my old phone not being able to get wifi so we had to work around that, in order to get my contacts and pictures etc transfered over to my new phone. They worked for hours on it. We were finally able to get most of the stuff I needed and I was grateful.

Amanda was a blessing to work with! She was definitely short staffed when we were there, however I didn't see her lose her composure once. She got us set up on a new account and transfered our numbers from our old provider. She kept a great conversation going the whole time, while helping other customers along with us. 11/10 will definitely be going back in the future with any issues we might have, she was so knowledgeable on everything Verizon. Thanks for such a meaningful experience!

Awesome store and staff!! Assisted my aunt in changing her mobile carrier and the employees here, Dylan especially, couldn't have been more helpful and kind! I'm certain I'll be changing my mobile carrier to Verizon in the very near future.

I was in a bind trying to upgrade my phone and add a line. I took a chance on this store, with the other stores only having curbside. I'm so thankful I did.
