Terrible morning service. The employees are very slow and have no ambition whatsoever to do their jobs. They do not attend to the customers as they should and leave people waiting for 20 minutes for a drink. They don’t make drinks in order as people place them…they make what’s easiest for them first, and then make the other drinks. I’m not sure how this place is still running with the same people working there. I love Starbucks coffee, but I will only come to this location if I absolutely have to. This definitely needs to be addressed. Starbucks is a large coffee chain, and it’s not the cheapest. The product and service should match the price. ~Bobbi

After purchasing 10 gallons of paint for our house, (at No small cost), I also wanted to purchase the trim color. I was told it was not in stock. Two days later, my husband called and was told it was back in stock. He went to purchase and the store refused to give him the 30% that we would have gotten two days previously had the paint been available. He did not tell me about that until today, so I tried calling to speak to someone. I called 4 times and let the phone ring until it cut itself off. No one answered the phone, even though it was only 4 p.m. I have been a SW customer for years. We painted our last house, a 3-story Victorian with it. However I am officially done with them. ~MaryAnn

Great service filling my propane tanks and way cheaper than exchanging tanks. People there are very helpful and we need to support our local businesses. Also they don't run to the back as you come in like they do at Home Depot. ~Rupert

Lady at the drive thru was not only extremely rude, but they messed up my order with it. After she doesn't say anything and I was being patient to make sure she was prepared and not busy, she screams "WHAT DO YOU WANT" we placed our order and asked for a plain cheeseburger. After 15 minutes waiting for our food, we get this ~This

Employees are rude not all but some they sell lottery but you can never buy tickets they say you got go inside store why ~Joseph

Pretty cramped space, expensive drinks, slow service. The drinks were excellent expensive and were slow to get to us. The atmosphere was great. We love board games and it was really fun to be out and about and be able to play games. I wish the service was faster and the drinks were about 20% less. ~Christopher
