I went to the store to purchased a new iphone and had the worst experience with some of the staff. Specifically Miguel and Taylor. After asking if they currently had the specific iphone I was looking for I was told I could not be informed if they had the product in the store unless I provided them access to my account first. Not even the Apple Store does this nor any other business at that. Once you agree to buy a specific product, that's when you provide all your information but of course they try to force you to give up so they can then sell it or try and up sell you more services. Do yourself a favor and skip shopping here.

This store tried to change my account by adding an additional $36+$20 a month without my approval. Talk about playing dirty. The sad thing about it is that I've been a loyal customer to them for over 20 years. It looks like it's time to go to T- Mobile.

Tyler was very helpful. Helped me to get my bill paid, and answered questions about a phone upgrade. We then decided to upgrade, mine & my mom's phone. Tyler was very helpful. Had the phone colors, & gig size we needed. Tyler is the best! Thank you

The store manager, Percy is rude and disrespectful. My father went in to return an item for my mom and instead of calmly explaining herself about the policy, she gave him attitude and said he’s a fraud and he’s gonna be accused of fraud and said he was aggressive. That was not true. My sister tried explaining to her what she was doing but she gave her attitude. My mom then went in to return the cable box and she was talking to two men in front of her saying the computer systems were like women because they were temperamental. When I went in to get the policy for my parents, she gave me attitude and called my dad a liar about the attitude she gave him. My sister was a witness though. She also accused my father of wanting to hurt her. Once again, there were witnesses and that wasn’t true.

Percy was so very helpful with our account. Checking and updating on our services, ensuring we had everything we needed. We talked about Customer Service and the importance of it, as my daughter works as a CSR. Percy definitely delivered great customer service. This is a great store and employee ⭐️⭐️

Not helping. This lady there wouldn't answer any question I have about my account. "Go online or call the customer service" is all she says. Why tf att need a store? Selling more iPhone? Hope y'all know better what services provider means.

Absolute horrible customer service! I will never step foot again in that store. Doesn't matter if the store is busy, there are not enough employees to assist customers for many years! Extremely rude if a question is asked. I do have complaints about one specific employee, but will not reveal name or such. I just don't go to this store anymore. Person who checks in customers doesn't even pay attention as he put 2 people in front of me. He was too busy to notice when I entered store. Being a loyal customer since they were Cingular, I feel I have the right to complain. Just overall, a bad store with horribly mean and inconsiderate employees.
