This particular Target takes forever to fulfill pickup orders. The last few times it has taken 3+ hours to fulfill 2 items. I’m confused what happened to the under 2 hours. No other Targets in the surrounding area have an issue fulfilling orders quickly.

Third time in a row I’ve had a HORRIBLE wait time for a curbside pick up order. I watch cars that pull in after me get their stuff first! Then when I try to call the store, no one answers and it hangs up!!!

I purchased $1300 worth of gift cards at target. One of which was a $100 Spotify gift card. At the time of purchase no one said anything about the gift cards not being returnable. Went to return tonight and they would not take it back. They proceeded to tell me that the policy is on the receipt. I said “you’re telling me that I purchase something first then I get the receipt and I can’t return it because the policy is on the receipt that I didn’t get prior to purchasing.” Yes, that’s right. I will not be purchasing gift cards ever again from target or for target for anyone. The management at the store handled the situation poorly. When I asked if anyone else had ever had the same problem they said yes. I asked why nothing was changed or why they didn’t teach their team members to say something. They said it’s not their responsibility, that I need to call customer service to complain and to request that there be a sign posted or something like that. But ETL Rihanna and ETL Carissa were less than courteous, work curt, and frankly rude. They didn’t attempt to defuse the problem Unless you consider telling the customer it’s their fault for not knowing, a solution. When I worked for Target at headquarters I was Hot if you come to the meeting with a problem or question you should also come to the meeting with a possible solution. Clearly that is no longer important. When someone has purchased $1300 in one purchase you would think they would give them better customer service. Especially since a majority of them were a target gift cards. It’s unfortunate that the Chaska Target has subpar leadership.

This Super Target is in a convenient location. The store is always very neat, clean and well stocked. They have added many additional drive-up parking spots and they seemed to have mastered this service very effectively and efficiently. Customers do not wait long when utilizing the app to notify Target that you are enroute. Genuinely friendly and fantastic employees every time I visit!! 07/19/2022 Update Still fabulous !! 😁😊

grocery Stock is worse at Target in many areas then other retailers. Targets don’t care about thier grocery business because it’s nothing for them in sales compared to the other items they sell. No one ever stocking, more employees running around filling pick up orders.

The item I was looking for was out of stock on the shelf. Two employees (in a row) made up excuses and refused to help me search for an item on their Zebra device. They both told me they were positive the item wasn’t in stock the back. When I asked if we could search the UPC on their Zebra device just to double check, they both said no, they were positive it wasn’t in stock. The third employee I asked for help was extremely nice, and searched the UPC on his Zebra right away. There were 4 in stock in the back, imagine that!

Overall nice shop with usual Target standards. The discount and the customer service is great. However, 4 star because bad experience with the bike department and few employees. Bike chain was not installed incorrectly and was making grim noise. The employees first didn’t care and then asked me to come at a specific day/time. I went and found no one knows when the bike guy would come. So it was kind of crazy( this was summer 2021). I didn’t buy with them.
