Self checkout is a pain. I've done it twice now. Both times when I put my card in it read card error. Target associate even had a problem getting it to work.Machines are very sensitive.

I bought quite a few items online and needed to return exchange a few. Had a few different receipts, the Target Team member that helped me was awesome. He was very patient and the returns/exchanges with a few different receipts was done with ease and patients. Thank you Target!!

Such friendly and helpful employees. The store is amazing since the remodel. It's clean, easy to find things, etc. The only thing the last few months is when I've gone shopping alot of what I needed (mainly grocery) was out of stock.

Target is always easy to get in and out of and find what I need. The stores are clean well organized and welcoming. I like that I can get groceries and household goods in one store. Even clothes or a gift when needed.

This is within walking distance of my house so I’m here constantly. Apparently that means that they think I’m coming into steal all the time because the security is almost always ogling me to the point where I ask why they’re following or watching me. I tell them watch me buy this legally and they still ridiculously profile me every time while I’m sure the actual shoplifters are getting away because of their incompetence and harassing me.

My go to Target since it's close to home, but inventory of things I may need is pretty low in stock. Always have to travel a bit farther out for things I may need. Other than that, employees have been pretty nice, except Madie. I thanked her after checkout and she didn't say anything. Rude!

This is a Great place to shop at this time. I can get groceries and office supplies all in one trip. And there is a separate coffee shop within the building with courteous employees.

How a store goes to Excellent to Not Excellent because of one employee... however... I am giving 5 stars, because I understand that one bad experience does not make an entire store bad. But, I had a situation where I ask a lady how to find the Ice code bar in a self serve registry. This old lady was, probably, not in a good mood for some reason. I am pretty sure, she didn't mean to act rude towards me, but she did. I had another interaction with a young Latin lady the day before and it was totally different, she was very sweet and kind and ready to help. Even today, the lady that is at front waving in and out the customers was very nice and very polite. I have been a customer of Target for decades, and I am looking forward to continue being their customer...
