I don’t recommend doing pick up or drive up. I orders a few things at 4pm from this location for pick up, saying it’d be ready within two hours. I checked me phone around 6:12pm for any notification about being ready. It was still in “processing”. If you need your items within Two hours don’t go here there customer service isn’t meeting standards

Chanhassen target is always low on things and has empty shelves on things. It's been that way for many, many years. I can't help but wonder why. We have a phrase in our house "it is Chanhassen Target" which is when we look for something but it's missing or empty. I avoid buying things here (basics like deodorant, OTC medicines, certain foods) as I generally waste time going there, seeing it's not available, then going somewhere else. Other stores in the area don't seem to have this problem. Is corporate not sending product here? Plenty of friendly employees. Edit 10/17- 15 people in line and one cashier. Lots of employees watching us.

Visible location from highway 5. Location seems smaller than your usual Target. Staff utilize the space well. No problem finding what you need. Although a small space, location has a grocery section. Solid location, in a great active area. There is a wine and spirits attached to this location. Satisfied with my visit.

I wanted to say that Alex was so wonderful. I just had my knee totally replaced 2 weeks ago. He asked me if he could get me a ride cart. I told him that was sweet but I would be okay. His parents should be proud as well as target for this exemplary employee. Tonia was also very helpful for me when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. When I was checking out I asked if I could speak to the manager so I could commend these two employees and he, Tanner, came right up. This was the best target experience I had at my store. I want it to be known and I would like them to be recognized for this. Tanner btw was wonderful too!!!

Increasingly disappointed with this particular Target. The Target app is constantly wrong about items being in stock for this Target. The last several times I’ve ordered something for drive up or pick up, it’s gotten cancelled because they didn’t actually have it in stock like the app said. The last time I went here to pick up an urgent need item, the app said it was in stock but it wasn’t on the shelf. I tried to find an employee to ask for help, and after 5 minutes I finally found one and started toward her. She saw me, made eye contact, and then turned her back on me and walked away. Really frustrated with this location.

Target is always a pleasure to shop at. The app is amazing. Definitely get Red Card to save 5% on everything. The men’s clothes are great and have good sales. The baby clothes are amazing! I usually get my nephew a new Spider-Man outfit before visiting him in CA and have always got it at target.

The store seems well maintained and stocked, and the staff are generally pleasant and helpful. My only gripe with Target is that they don't seem to have consistency from one store to another in terms of store layout. I can usually find what I need, but sometimes it takes some searching because the stores all seem to be laid out differently. Still, good selection and prices.

I'm not overly impressed by the stock at this store. Often times they're out of things or only have one on the Shelf. The store is starting to look a bit dated. My experiences at the pharmacy have been subpar. I've never understood why they have to close the entire Pharmacy for a period of time during a lunch hour. Pharmacy staff seems to be a bit robotic not very approachable.

One of the smaller Target stores, and you’ll appreciate it when you’re in a hurry. The Starbucks inside rarely has a line. We’ve never had a problem with the staff here—they are approachable and helpful and there’s a good number of staff members who have been here for quite some time.
