I like shopping at Kohls- the products and prices are good and I usually always on line, but anytime and actually every store it seems to take them 20 minutes to bring out your pick up order. And they usually aren't happy about bringing it out. 🙄

While I love Kohl's, my recent experience was horrible because of a particular situation. I would remove this review if I knew that the situation has been handled appropriately. I visited the store today, Sunday, December 11th and around 11:30 a.m. heard this manager, Bernie, belittling and yelling at a young employee who apparently didn't do something right. I was across the store and heard everything. I can't imagine how embarrassing or hurt this girl must have felt. Bernie did this in front of other customers who were checking out, as well. When I addressed the situation with Bernie, she apologized and said her voice was just too loud. I wasn't addressing her because her voice was loud, I was addressing her because she was out of line and not being a good person. The cashier, who did not give us her name out of fear of retaliation, was in tears after the interaction. I believe it is Bernie who needs training for opportunities of improvement rather than the cashier who handled herself with grace and poise during this lashing.
