My daughter wanted to make an appointment for a haircut. Since nobody answers the phone, and appointments are required that's impossible. They even say in their recorded message that they're too busy to answer the phone and won't be returning calls. It would be nice if they included advice about how exactly to make an appointment then. They must not need the business.
