We are staining our deck and had a lot of questions around using a wood stripper and a neutralizer. Also, around what stain to use with our deck being in the condition it is. The two gentleman working were so helpful. I wish I would have gotten names. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were very patient with all of our questions. Projects like these can be very stressful, however, when you have excellent customer service and employees that “care” to help, it makes it so much easier. Thank you both for your help! It was very appreciative!! 😀

Horrible customer service! Stopped in on Monday to inquire about a special order product availability. Was told the manager would call me Tuesday. No call Tuesday. Called store and a very rude employee told me the manager would call at 9 am Wednesday. No call came in. Called AGAIN Friday. Was told manager would call me the following Monday but no one had any idea what I was calling about. I was looking to place a large company order of multiple products and will be taking my business elsewhere!!

They were super helpful. I brought in 2 cans of paint from 2008 that I couldn't get open. I thought for sure the paint was bad inside. They got both cans opened and checked the paint. It was still good.

Had an extremely unpleasant experience with Ellie. I called 30 minutes before store closing to place an order for paint. Upon calling, I was immediately placed on hold for 8 minutes. I spoke to Ellie, who informed me that after wasting 10 minutes waiting for her to get back to me, that she would not be able to fill my order as it was too close to closing. I informed her that I was 3 blocks away. To which she responded we open @ 8am. I said ok, can I place an order right now with you to pick up @ 8? She then put me back on hold - I for an additional 7 minutes, at which point I ended the phone call. She never came back to the Line. I am a frequent customer and have had no complaints up until this point. Ellie is clearly not customer service savvy/oriented & sounded under the influence. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
