Ordered Pizza on a Friday Night during a 50 Percent off promotion. Sure the Pizza took longer than originally expected but the service and pizza was excellent. People were coming in and complaining that the wait was too long and canceling their orders but I was in that store for 30 minutes and can say from what I saw every employee was earning their paycheck busting pizzas out. Highly recommend this location, the pizza was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and professional.

Food is good. My only complaint is that they have 2 spots, designated for their drivers.. yet the drivers park in front of the store. Where the customers park for pickup/carside... i do carside because i have two young children.. so its frustrating to have to circle the lot qaiting for the drivers or someone else to leave.. yet their designated spots remain unused.

I can't say enough good things about this Domino's store, they are excellent! I have never had a problem with my orders! The pizza is superb and cooked perfectly! Also, I absolutely love their Caesar salads, the dressing is one of the best I've ever tasted! I only have one minor issue. I like my chicken wings extra crispy and when I order chicken wings from the Domino's app there is no place to let them know that. So, ultimately, I end up having to call the store to ask them to make them extra crispy! It would be nice if they had somewhere to make that notation in the app! You can't go wrong ordering from this particular store, (7145 E Point Douglas Road S, Cottage Grove, MN 55016) the food is great, the service is fantastic, and their delivery people are fast and polite! A big heartfelt "Thank You" to all of the employees at this store!

Instead I get called buddy and told I did not order what I ordered. I ask for a manager and have to argue with the KID on the phone, he said he would hang up so i told him I would be up there if he doesn't put a manager on the phone. So he hung up! I jumped in my car flew up there and demanded my money back!!! The entire thing could have been avoided by making my order correct! Apologize for the wrong doing and make it RIGHT!! We would have waited again if needed, even after waiting over an hour for our food!!! This is actually the 2nd time in a row the order was wrong but they made it right, RIGHT AWAY! The DISRESPECT from 1 young CHILD caused Dominos to lose this customer forever!

I ordered a pan pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, and said I wanted the normal amount of sauce..but when I got the pizza it had an extra amount of sauce on it. Whenever I order the regular sauce amount at the one in Hastings it's perfect. But this sauce can cause a pizza to become disgusting if too much is used...and I couldn't finish eating this pizza just because too much sauce was used. I mean, the taste was fine and it was cooked ok, but with too much of that sauce it becomes greasy, gross tasting and the sauce is a bit sour so that's why I only go with the regular amount. I'm giving 3 stars because it was still hot, crust was nice..but also the toppings weren't properly spread out..still I got the pizza for $5 so I couldn't complain, but the large amount of overwhelming garlic sauce made it almost inedible.

Worst experience ever with any pizza chain. Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and when i inspected my order, there were only 9 total pieces and 4 of them were the size of a nickel. I immediately went inside the store to address this, and a younger heavier set woman basically told me that some pieces she counts as two, and that is the way it is. Very uncustomer service like! Do not recommend this location if this is the way the workers are.
