Visiting, late night hunger, sought out Papa. My pizza was good, however delivery driver was a jerk. Lesson learned, keep tip in pocket until interaction w driver is complete & positive. Should have driven the mile to picked up myself.

I ordered 2 pizzas for my family. Only 1 of them was delivered and the one that was delivered was sat on my door step with no warning that it was there (no door bell or knock) by the time we checked for the pizza it was out side, on the ground and almost frozen! I did not select the option to just have the pizza left at the door and where is our other pizza!

I always order from the Robbinsdale Location and Ever since the pandemic started it's like the service has gotten terrible. I Understand they use Door Dash for Delivery but Door Dash is Really hurting them the Food is being left outside as drivers leave and don't notify you, it arrives cold due to drivers not having heat bags...Forgetting parts of the order...not to mention Food being Overcooked by The Store. I really like the Pizza and wish that they'd go back to being more Respectful of the Customers ...I'm truly disappointed in The Service.

Overcooked, burnt, dry, inedible. Really a gamble on who's working there and how competent some are. Papa johns won't take back their inedible food. 30 mins after pick up. By the time I got home and tried eating it. It was already too late. Check your food during pickup. Never again will I trust them.

I ordered take-out at this Papa John's Location on 9/19 (Happy belated Pirate's Day) and being a guilty pleasure and rare treat I went in to order their delicious Parmesan bread sticks along with their flavorful Special Garlic Dipping Sauce and came out with that and an extra large pepperoni pizza. The young lady working that day when I stopped in at around 10:30 was really patient and I really appreciated her making sure I had the order I wanted. If a manager reads this please recognize her for mostly holding down the shop and delivering excellent customer service. I'm looking forward to being a repeat customer and I'll be back ... around Halloween!

I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and it came burnt. They said it would come in half an hour and it took an hour and thirty minutes to arrive. They also spelt my name wrong. My last name is nguyen and they spelt it as Wayne. My pizza came burnt and it was falling apart and I also found a piece of hair in one of the air bubbles of the pizza. It was disgusting. We also ordered pop and it was already opened and it spilt all over the place. It took us some time to clean. We normally don’t have any bad experiences but after this experience we’re never ordering again.

I thought delivery was going to be long and not get my order right due to the reviews and because I ordered at 11pm but everything went fine and the driver was nice. Thanks guys.
