If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my food at 3:20 and it still wasn't here by 5:20. I was looking at the order tracking screen and the time kept increasing! I was out of delivery for over an hour and then when they did get close to my house it said that it was deliverd! I never recived my order and when I called them they hung up on me twice! When it did let me call I was on hold for thrity minutes! Good to see that a place like this doesn't value customer service or food safety! This was my first time ordering from them and I'll never try to order again! Thanks, Dominio's.

I order online for delivery and it was already 1 hour and 35 minutes and my order was still in prep and hadn’t moved. I tried contacting the store and couldn’t get a hold of them, I got a hold of the call center for dominos that take pizza orders… they couldn’t even do anything and just transferred me to the store and still again didn’t get a hold of ANYONE! I went to the store and there were 4 workers outside smoking!!! Couldn’t believe this for a dang pizza…

If I could rate this store a "0" I would. I attempted to order 20 pizzas for a school function/event with 3+ hours notice and was told they can't accommodate order and cancelled my online order. When talking to manager, I asked what if I put in 4 orders of 5 pizzas and still couldn't be accommodated, which I am sure they will be making a lot more orders than this tonight. I called a Blaine store/location and they were wonderful, easy to work with, happy to take order and able to accommodate order for 20 pizzas on less than two hours notice. I can't recommend the Blaine store enough and tell you to avoid the Columbia Heights store at all costs.

I got the wrong pizza and called the store. I ordered online so I had a little patience. The employee says they were real busy and I could have the wrong pizza and they would give me a credit for a pizza. One day after work I ordered pizza online than went to pick it up on my way home so no confusion. They said no credit on account and treated me like I was Jared from subway. At that time I ordered 2 to 3 times a week. Never again after that. Plus, it was all CHILDREN working. If spoke to an adult like that as a CHILD I would've been.........till I couldn't walk. No class.

Was delivered there wrong pizza and reported it online, didn't get my points back like it said it would and after I reported it, called the store and repeatedly transferred. Demanded a manager and instead of understanding i spoke to someone that would not listen and it appeared the manager was not in. The person spoken to was combative

Food was fine but they only had diet coke for the drinks . Poor planning on the store's part . But they gave me a credit witch ill probably never use last time I ordered pizza was over a year ago

Pizza was hot and fresh. The only crust that I will eat. Just last week my sons and I ate Giordano's in Illinois, for the first time, it was too tomatoe-y, pricey and not even close to the flavor contained in Dominos. Keep Winning Young Fellas!

Ordered food an hour ago and was supposed to receive it in 30 minutes only, still did not get to me so I called in. Guy answers the phone, says he hasn't made it yet and it would be another hour (over 2 hours for a 30 minute order). Asked to cancel it and he said "yes sir" and hung up the phone on me. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So I put in an order online for a pasta and a pizza. I called instantly after I submitted my order and the man that picked up sounded very rude and annoyed. I ordered the pasta primavera and there is no option online to add chicken so I called and just asked the guy if he could put chicken on it which he responds that it is already out of the oven and he can't do anything about it so when I told him he could just put the chicken on top because I know that their chicken there is already fully cooked because I worked at Domino's. So he said that he can't do that either so then I asked him if he could just remake the pasta for me since it only takes 2 seconds to which he responded he wasn't going to. If making customers happy is not your thing go find a new job jackass
