The doors were closed when I got there at 8:45 🤣 I thought they closed at 9 all needed was a ac refrigerant. They closed to early had both doors locked. But thankfully menards came in clutch they didn’t close the doors early.

Got there and a sign on the door with new hours due to staff shortages. Which they close at 7pm and 6pm on Sundays

Check engine light came on. Took it to dealership who said my catalytic converter needed to be replaced to the tune of $1600. At the same time they also tried to underbid my car for trade in while trying to get me to buy a new car. Went to Advance, talked to Matt. I bought some Cataclean just to see if it would work before i did anything else. Matt told me that sometimes hitting a pothole or railroad tracks can set the sensor off. Used the Cataclean and my light was still on, Matt said he could reset it. However before i could get back to have him do that i hit a group of large sticks in the street after a recent storm, i could hear them banging my undercarriage. Suddenly, my light went off!! Called Matt to thank him for his knowledge. So happy i didn't get sucked into the dealership trap. $30 vs. $1600 for the win!!! Thank you Matt!!

Customer service is A1. They handle customer not only with respect but also helpful. If you call, they answer very nicely which helps me ask anything I want. If some reason I don’t know the part name, they will helps too. I am very thankful to have them in my area.

Very helpful, they still carry a few ac delco parts which is usually factory for some general motors cars. Wasn't just trying to sell me their merchandise. I felt like they gave me other options which made it better and easier to make a decision.

Went beyond any expectations! The cashier came out with a screw driver to make sure it was the right bolt for my license plate-it wasn’t- so he tried another one and got my plate secure. And he did this all in about 5 minutes!!!

Jayson you are a rock star so glad this guy is here he really knows what he is doing very knowledgeable guy get this he works on cars too what a deal not only did he tell me about the best part he showed me how to put it in myself and even told me about a near buy shop some times these guys get a good hire keep this guy happy 😊 I got to come back to learn more about the best parts for my car

Xue the manger of the store was amazing!! I truly appreciate his professionalism and patience. I discussed with over the phone if he could install a battery for my vehicle. He educated me on the different battery types, explaining the difference between gel and liquid. He talked to me about the diff brands and discussed the power behind each brand. After helping me pick out the perfect fit for my vehicle he installed it shortly after allowing me to see the process first hand walking me through the process step by step. After finishing, I thanked him for going above and beyond! He is a true leader and someone I would recommend doing business with. Definitely will buy all my batteries here.
